Sure, when they generate the same amount of revenue as their male counterparts do...it will happen.

Women's soccer...is it popular on American TV?
Is the public clamouring to watch it, attend matches.
Are sponsors willing to spend big money?

Nike’s biggest selling soccer jersey. Best Global TV ratings.

Plus, the women are the best in the world and the men did not qualify for their tournament,

Pay them for their accomplishments or shut up about this being a meritocracy.

They each just made 250K.  All expenses also paid.

And of course were given endorsement opportunities off the exposure (Rapinoe, Erst, Pugh, Morgan, Lloyd, Heath, Horan all seen in recent ads)

Soccer is a sport I can only find interesting if it's played by firm-bodied young women. 

Here is a joke I made up this morning, reading the Epstein news:

Epstein, Prince Andrew, and Trump walk into a bar.

Bartender sets a bottle of expensive Scotch on the bar.  "I know you guys like a good 12 year old."
