The golden rule "never fix something that is not broke"? Yanks make room for Bird and German. Would you believe that Bird was considered a better prospect than Judge?

Had to love Rudy Giuliani's reception at Yankee Stadium... on his birthday.

The Nationals have the tied best road record, but are now playing an AL East team at home - maybe the Blue Jays can turn us around.

Meanwhile, elsewhere in the AL East, Aaron Judge set a new major league record last night.

No interleague forum?

Well, the Nats avoided the two game sweep and I love what Juan Soto did.

May it be the start of a promising season and career.
