What was really strange was Doug Pederson's move going for 2 the other day. Killed a lotta bettors' dreams of cashing in. One dude had bet $500K on Seattle, but the Eagles going for and getting the 2 made sure the Seahawks didn't cover, and the bookies cleaned up. And that dude is out 1/2 a mil.

Stupid to bet on others' actions.

Its actually been a bit of the norm in thr NFL lately.  It's based on analytics.  Take the shot at 2 points, thus you can win it your next TD, rather than needing a  third score in OT.

Wasnt just Doug looking to top the spread - or screw anyone

(likely you knew this - but yeah, I am glad I was giving just 5.5)

I look at Kid's NFL forecasts the way I look at Trump's hurricane forecasts.

Full of sound and fury and signifying nothing.

This just in -

the Jets are bad.

(Boomer asks on the air if Jets purposely lost.  Could be)

If Johnsons are pissed over the embarrassment - more than he is happy to get a new top flight QB - Gase is fired this week - and Williams with him

Sadly, Jets looked more of a team this week.

G-Men with nice road upset win!

First NFC East win against a .500 team.

And they did it in Seattle with their backup QB.

They even beat the refs.

Wilson looked like he was under pressure all day

G-Men's D played great and took a lot off preesure off McCoy and the offense,

Yep, that looked like a Parcells type win. Good D, great linebacker play, coverage sacks, and running the football well enough to win.

The OLine and the DLine both showed up.  Took a ton of pressure off McCoy.

Let's consider, too, that Seattle has been overrated all season long.

A Washington win, tomorrow, and a Dallas loss on Tuesday, puts the two teams that no one expected to compete in the drivers' seats for the Division title. Who made that bet?
