Looking like Cinci may not have resolved that O Line issue that sunk them in the Super Bowl. Burrows may need a hole to hide in. You do not take that many hits year upon year without negative consequences to your QB. Relatedly, i do not buy Pitts as a legit contender, especially if Harris misses time, but that defense was win them some games.

And speaking of O Line issues, Baker is going to need to watch his blind side all year. Ekwonu was positively Ickey yesterday. Granted there are not many speed rushers as speedy as Garrett but lord he got around him like he was not there. For us, though, the sight of players running uncovered deep is a huge troubling sign. I do not know if it was communication or scheme but that almost cost us a game we dominated.

I wonder who Dallas will take with that No. 1 pick. Even before Prescott got hurt, they were awful on offense, the worst of all the games I flipped through yesterday. A long season before Sean Payton takes over.

Barkley looked like what he should be: the second best back in his draft class. Still don't think Jones is the answer, though. But a nice tough win for the Army Formicidae.

How long before we see Jimmy G? Lance was not sharp. Or ready.

Boy, Green Bay should have invested in some wide receivers. Rodgers famously does not suffer drops gladly, 9r bad routes, or mediocrity from his receivers, and there is nothing out there right now. But it is not the first time GB has bombed the opening. And the closing. The middle part they got down.

What a waste of a great day by Justin Jefferson. Barring a 70 point game by the Denver TE whose name I will not even attempt, kiid kicked my ass. Time to go see how serious the injuries to Mitchell's knee and Hopkins's head were.

The Browns' new midfield logo is elfcist. Discuss.

They had Steelers at 9-1 to win the North after finishing a half game back with the weak armed Ben.

I chuckled - then laid out some cash.

Icky didn't look all that good according to reports.

Evan Neal had a decent outing. Here's a video of him bouncing Ola Adeniyi around like a ragdoll. It looks like he just touched him. LOL

As I noted, Garrett treated Ickey as his bitch.

Wonder if San Fran regrets not trading Jimmy G when there was a market for him.

Any explanation what they were doing there the last 2 minutes?  Where was the pressure on final drive?

Could not tell you. I turned it off after the on side kick, for health reasons. I am more interested in how anyone can run free behind the defense up 13 with less than 2 minutes left.
