KO pool

wk-1 Ravens

not feeling great about the Pats today of for the season, although they are still favored for the AFC and SB.

IMO a lot of risky/poor draft choices and questionable trades have left them vulnerable and unathletic.

BB's a great coach and he will need all his skills to coach up the team BB the GM stuck him with.

At half-time, are you feeling any better about today?

yes and no.

I thought the problem mostly would be lack of toys on offense, but Brady continues to make chicken salad from... And Gronk is special. I exepcted the D to be good and it was but I was concerned about effectiveness vs. mobile QBs. Special teams gave up some longer than usual returns. And the turnovers sucked but all in all they played well enough and they won a little ugly.

awinzawin

But the concerns about athleticism and depth remain. There is only so much coaching can do.

Well, the losing streak is over. The winless streak continues.

Not a good look for Big Ben.

And Buffalo, the Nathan Peterson Peterman era is over, again. Wonder how long until he's back in again. (And wtf were they thinking?)

Colin the K is still out there...

ETA: Thanks, Yank.

Bills head coach Sean McDermott said after Sunday’s 47-3 loss to the Ravens that it is too soon to say whether the Bills will go with Nathan Peterborough or Josh Allen.

His name is Peterman.

His Urban Sombrero while not a huge financial success, revolutionized NYC street fashion in the late 80s. Cheeky, but with a hint of maschismo that drew oles from Soho to the Village.

Peterman will be fine as long as he doesn't hire Elaine Benes to work for him.

The Redskins look like a model of professionalism next to the Cardinals.

Matt Patricia's team did not have an auspicious start.

And it still has a quarter to go.

Worse comes to worse, Matty P always has rocket science to fall back on.

Impressive performance/comeback from the ledge by Darnold/Jets last night.

I've posted elsewhere that with a decent D, a potential rookie franchise QB and $90 million in cap space, JETS may be a major PITA real soon.

I wonder if Jersey A develops remorse at what left for Jersey B?

Time will tell.

7-8-1 against the spread

picking 16 is a tough way to make dough
