Step 1: eliminate due process of law

The democrat desire in its folly arguing section 3 of the 14th Amendment bars Trump from running for President.
So... you do not know what due process of law means either.
Section 3 as advocated by the democrat Trump haters is a mockery of due process.

The mechanism for law abiding Americans to disqualify trump resides in each state individually as we have a federalized election system. It will happen on a state by state basis and be contested by those for and against disqualification within the differing legal systems of each state.

Trump will probably remain on the ballot in some places and be eligible for those electoral votes. He probably will not make it on in some swing states. If that is decided prior to primaries it may have an interesting effect on the republican primary. Though with the stupid fucking cultists that make up the GOP that might still not be enough to break the spell.

It must be though to be a republican and live with no country, no morals and no future.

My thought is that the British cops should get after the "Just Stop Oil" protesters who are basically ruining British society with their blockades...and instead of just standing around asking the protesters to cease...they hire some big, tall, muscular men in tipper trucks to attend the blockade protests... grab the protesters standing in the middle of the roads with banners,...bind their ankles, and arms to bodies, then 'toss' them into the trucks, drive them to the re-education centre and upend the load into a foam filled pit....re-education officials then taking charge of them.

Wow, you can out-fascist the fascists.  China should call you in for consultation on Uighur management.

Step 1: eliminate due process of law
Step 2: concentration camps!

The re-education in lieu of having a criminal record if convicted in a court.
If you pull the oil protesters off the road and throw them onto the sidewalk, they just get straight back up and go sit on the road again.
Women are screaming at them that they have to get to work, to earn money to feed their families...makes no difference, the protesters don't care.
The only way to make them care is to remove them for re-education, if you want to explain to them that "this is your one and only chance to avoid a criminal record, with all that would entail in the future."

Or they can just be arrested and prosecuted in court.
In one video they are being moved along the road by a bus nudging them...but it's still only about the slow pace they were moving along anyway.
In other videos the public are dragging them off the roads by their hair, no matter they just rush back to the middle of the road and keep blocking.

You can see what's going to happen, a motorist is going to get so angry that they run down protesters and kill or maim them.
The govt and cops will have to accept some of the blame if that happens.

Tony, we can house all the homeless in golf clubs and yachts. We can house more people in the property of right wing mega churches that get shut down for fraud. We can also house people in the property of right wing institutions that supported the insurrectionists and are fomenting another civil war.

Lots of space for everyone if we just get our priorities straight.

Spoken like a true communist.

Maybe it's time to replace the Leftist mayor of London Sadiq Khan with someone who can put an end to store looting and blockades by Oil protesters.

Under would be the correct preposition. Even if the Democratic position is.wrong, and it is not, it has nothing to do with due process.
