I lived in Topanga for 2 weeks, and I loved Topanga, the neighbors were all hippies, and the people were all really nice and friendly people, and there was zero crime. But, you need to own a car in Topanga, you cannot get around on the Public Transportation System there. They have buses on PCH, and on some of the other streets, but if you live in Topanga you need to own a car right now. An Electric VW Bus would be cool. They can invest in Transporters like the FRAN service in Anaheim to connect the residents with the Public Buses on PCH, etc, and then they can have more buses on PCH. A lot needs to be done to improve the public transportation in Topanga, California.
