This is the man elected to be President of the United States of America declaring that there will be extrajudicial killings of US citizens if they continue to protest.

Are you assuming Trump equates looting with assembling?

Trump doesn’t give a shit whose doing what.

Da fuck is wrong with you?

Your failure at reason and discussion is noted

Boy, those Democratic politicians are intent on making Trump look bad. Governor Ivey even changed parties to become GOP back when she was 18, just itching to get at Trump in 2020!

And the media down there - how dare they report the truth?!

Quote
"The mayor of Montgomery, Alabama, says the city’s health care system has been “maxed out” as cases of coronavirus have more than doubled in May—a sharp contrast to the slowing coronavirus spread that’s taken place across much of the U.S.—while city businesses were allowed to reopen May 11, even as it appeared that Alabama hadn’t hit White House reopening guidelines.

"Major hospitals in the Montgomery area have run out of ICU beds, Mayor Steven Reed said at a news conference Wednesday, while others only one or two beds left.

"Patients in need of care are now instead being sent 90 miles away to Birmingham, Alabama, the mayor said, a step the city hasn’t had to take until now.

"Over 470 people have tested positive in Montgomery over the past two weeks, the Alabama Political Reporter notes, while the city only had a cumulative total of 355 cases going into May.

"With cases quickly rising, the city was placed on an unreleased White House hotspot watch list on May 7, according to NBC News, which obtained a copy of the report.

"But despite the rapid spread, businesses in the city were allowed to reopen starting May 11, after Governor Kay Ivey officially moved Alabama into Phase 1 of its reopening."

The real perspective is comparing the rate of deaths between those in nursing centers and rest homes.
In Canada 80% of the deaths were the elderly or those with other health issues, in Ohio it stands at 70 %,  and 65% for the USA.

The overwhelming majority of those who are at risk are not in the workforce, and the majority of them are already somewhat “locked down” in senior care facilities. We could have shielded them much more effectively with a healthy economy and hospital system with staff and cash from performing other procedures. Yet rather than learn from this simple data, mayors are pre-emptively canceling all summer events and colleges are altering schedules even for the fall!
The refusal of our government and media to more broadly publicize this information, broken down by age group, is going to accelerate the disproportionate degree of panic. This has real consequences for many other patients who are too scared to seek medical care because they wrongly fear death by COVID-19 more than their existing dangerous illness.
In the coming days, the public will be utterly shocked by how deeply we were lied to about the underlying premise and threat assessment behind the lockdown.

Rewriting history (just to protect the president, as Kid would have it).

Cash was not what the homes needed. They needed to have been locked down sooner, as demonstrated by the significant number of homes that had no such problem.

The Conservative Misview ignores what happened in Sweden, which did not have this level of lockdown or anything close, and whose deaths among the elderly were an even higher percentage than ours.

But why let reality get in the way of a truly self-serving pack of lies?!

Along with Dems in Congress/the US media storm that had to paint as bleak a picture as possible for our nation's hospitals - to make the President look bad.

This from the person who repeatedly says "led by the nose."

Your ignorant posturing that assumes everybody has the same motives as you and your fellow GOP members leads you to some of the stupidest statements this side of Donald "Badge of Honor" Trump.

The picture was bleak for some hospitals and will be bleak yet for others.

But not to FUCKING make the president look bad. To push the urgency of getting ready for what has been a catastrophe, but could have been far worse.

You're like (and likely were) one of the fools who complained that we made a big deal about Y2K when it was ultimately not a major problem and we wasted all that time and money...

when the time and money is why it was not such a big deal.

And as has been pointed out already and many times, Donald "I won't go golfing" Trump needs nobody's help to make him look bad.
