My guess is you mean Francis Scott Key writing his famous poem as he watched the battle at Fort McHenry.  Later set to an English drinking song, reportedly.

I am tired of the fantanyl epidemic and the opioid epidemic. We need to end it now.

We need to shame the drug dealers, they need the ridicule of society, they are the lowest of the low, and they are selling death. There is nothing cool about being a drug dealer.

We need to value an education, and we need to value libraries and books, and we need to value an education and job training.

We also need to shame the rappers who support illegal drugs and gangs and all of the other bullshit that they are all about.

A teen girl just died from an over-dose in Los Angeles. My Uncle over-dosed and died right here in my apartment. This drug crisis is preventable, we just need to shame and stop the dealers and we need to tell the rappers to fuck off, etc.

We need to show people that it is fun to do Business and to make money honestly, there is no need to break the law or to deal drugs to make money, even a manager of an In N Out Burger here in California makes $120,000 per year, there is no need to sell drugs to make money, sell Burgers instead. Even mowing lawns for your neighbors as a teen, I used to charge $20 per lawn and I earned $100 before I took my lunch break for steaks at Sizler, it was fun to go make some honest money mowing lawns with my buddies and then we would have steak for lunch, and then we would make some more money and maybe buy a keg of beer and have a party in the desert with a bon fire and a keg of beer and music, just like a "Beach Blanket Bingo" movie only in the 1980s.

It is fun to do Business and to make honest money. You can sell post cards and sunglasses to tourists, it does not have to be complicated to make honest money.

Meanwhile, we need to work together as a team with Mexico and we need to stop the illegal drugs, we need to stop the heroin and the fentanyl, etc. And we need to shame the scumbags who are making money from selling death, we need to stop the dealers and the manufacturers.

We need DOCTORS, we do not have enough doctors to give European style health care to our people.

And what is worse, people glorify ignorance and no one wants to pay for our poor people to get an education and job training. If it were up to me I would be training doctors right now for free. I would be training doctors, and nurses, and public school teachers, for free right now.

If we remove the debt that the doctors accrue in Medical School, then they can afford to help people cheaper because their education was cheaper.

Many doctors work for free with groups such as Doctors Without Borders and the least we can do is to give the doctors a free education.

Of note, my Doctor was from the Philippines, the Filipinos all speak English and they are good Christian people, the Filipinos make good doctors. We can train the people from the Philippines to be doctors as we train more people to serve people.

We need to make health care available to all people, and the way to succeed is to provide a free education for our people in order to train doctors and nurses, etc. And we need to build more Medical Schools, build a Medical School in my hometown of Lancaster, California, they built the Space Shuttles and many people there would be good doctors. Here in the OC we have UCI which is a great Medical School. We need to build more schools, and we need to train the doctors for free.

And we need Psychiatrists too.

And people want Wellness Centers, and people want training for Crisis Intervention Specialists, etc, we need to build more schools.

We need to build more schools and we need fewer prisons. And we need to stop neglecting our Youth, including the Foster Youth, we need to help our Youth, our Youth are the future.

We also need to teach the Labor Unions to value an education, an education makes workers more valuable, and prepares them for leadership positions, etc. And Cesar Chavez said that the best use of an education is to help other people.

In Orange County we have a Wellness Center where the homeless people can get help. Mental Health Professionals can drive around in vans picking up the homeless people off of the streets and taking them to the Wellness Center for help.

We are lucky here in California because we have industry, plus we have farming, so we get the best of both worlds, we get the jobs of industry plus we get the good healthy food from our farms.

Italy is the same way, they have industry in the North, and farming in the South, so they get the benefits of the industry jobs plus good healthy food from the farmers.

( Of note, as I have stated before, we can build Santorini, Greece, style apartments in Merced, and in Napa, here in California, and in Battle Mountain in Nevada, and the homeless people can go there to live and people can grow food and they can make cheese, and they can make wine, etc. The homeless people can ride Greyhound Buses to Merced, and to Napa, and to Battle Mountain. And they can do trade with San Francisco, etc. )
