I think we can improve ourselves without the assistance of the likes of Ted Nugent.

This morning on the television news they had a lady who was talking about how we can manifest our realities, and she was talking about how we can have a vision of how we want to live, and then about how we can work to manifest the reality that we want to live. Manifesting our realities is great in a lot of ways, and as leaders we have our vision of the reality that we want and our leadership ability is all about enrolling other people in our vision to help to manifest our vision to become our reality. Leadership is all about having a good vision, and then enrolling other people to manifest your vision into becoming your reality.

If we have a vision of gardens in Napa where the homeless people can live and work on the farm and grow food, and make cheese, etc, then we simply enroll other people in our vision and make it happen.

The best leaders are the ones who have the best visions and who go out and enroll other people in their vision to help to manifest their vision into becoming their reality.

And it is the same with making movies, you have to enroll other people in your vision and then work together as a team to make your vision into a reality.

With Ukraine, we need to have a vision of peace and prosperity in Ukraine and then we can enroll people in that vision to manifest that reality.

The leaders who have the best visions and who are good at enrolling other people in their visions to make the visions a reality are the best leaders.

Salute,

Tony V.

Looks like the lunatic fringe of the GOP is sending a gift to Democrats - a tax reform proposal so idiotic that even Grover Norquist hates it.

5 Memphis cops  fired, arrested and charged with 2nd degree murder.

No administrative leave

No ongoing investigation

This video must be heinous.

Durham

Four years

Millions of dolllars

Thank God there is now a Select Sub-Committee on the Weaponization of Federal Government to look into this scandal.

On one of Mr. Barr and Mr. Durhams trips to Europe, according to people familiar with the matter, Italian officials - while denying any role in setting off the Russia investigation - unexpectedly offered a potentially explosive tip linking Mr. Trump to certain suspected financial crimes.

The slow and horrific beating to death of Tyre Nichols clearly demonstrates that some cops, no matter their color, will "bash the tripe out of you"/ "do you in", with batons, fists, boots etc, when you're unarmed and helpless.
It's not all cops, most cops seem to be good, honest and true, protecting and serving the best they can "24/7/365".
Heaven help you if you meet up with the other kind though.

The community residency requirement, if that is made standard, could help with the problem.  It's both the culture and the difficulty of filtering out crypto-sociopaths or just standard bullies who want to pass along what Dad did to them.

Maybe, but most cops are not like that. They might get a bit rough ("reasonable force") when arresting offenders, but they don't bash them senseless or to death...or do they in America as a general 'rule'/occurrence/culture?

In America, are parents still allowed to discipline their children with beatings/bashings?
Beatings with leather belts, canes, lumps of wood, garden hoses, fists etc?

Do American schools discipline students with corporal punishment, belting them with canes etc?
