re: Tucker Carlson

He is still employed under contract to Fox until December of 2024 with a yearly salary of $20 million.
Fox has no thought, at this time, of letting him out of his contract until the  2024 election is over.
For obvious reasons.

After being ousted from his prime-time show at Fox News Channel, commentator Tucker Carlson is more popular than the network that fired him,  especially among conservatives and Republican voters, said Rasmussen Reports, who polled 945 likely voters.
Fifty-nine percent (59%) of Likely U.S. voters have a favorable impression of Carlson, including 36% who have a Very Favorable opinion of him.
Fox polled ar 52 per cent.
Well, of course. That is one of the things the Dominion discovery showed: Fox knows that its viewers are gullible fools who will abandon the network if Fox does not feed them comfortable lies. No wonder its viewers bolt when they axe one of their most watched professional liars.

I am starting to see a silver lining to Fox after all.

He will lose that money in the wrongful death suits that are the only possible coda to his illustrious career. It will be great not to hear his voice for a while.

Terrorists and thieves run the GOP. They should be walled up in crypts for the public good.

Hundreds of millions of us are just pixels in a fun video game for rich capitalists.

From a letter to parents of fifth grade students at a school in Essex Junction, Vermont.

it is time for our science and health unit about the human body focused on puberty and the human reproductive systems. This unit will take place during the last few months of school. We will focus on the physical and emotional changes that occur during puberty and briefly introduce the basic structure and function of human reproductive systems. Students will be participating in whole group discussions and have private reflection time. There will also be three interview opportunities coming home throughout the unit.

In an effort to align our curriculum with our equity policy, teachers will be using gender inclusive language throughout this unit. With any differences, we strive to use person-first la as best practice. You will see examples of this below.

We will be using the following language with students:

Person who produces sperm in place of boy, male, and assigned male at birth.

Person who produces eggs in place of girl, female and assigned female at birth.

Wow.

All those fifth graders are already better educated than you will ever allow yourself to be.

It is their world. It is good to k ow they are being taught about their bodies correctly.

It may stop them from becoming like you.

If you had those lessons you may have managed to spend less of your life fucked in the head. Maybe you could have held off tuckers lascivious advances.

Neither of which have the platforms to match Fox News.
Of course the Murdochs can miscalculate.
But their track record in attracting viewers is the best.
But even if OAN and Newsmax benefit it will be to the advantage of conservatives

The only thing of any advantage to conservatives is getting to serve long periods of incarceration.

Fortunately Fanni Willis will snatch up a few dozen and Jack Smith will snatch up a few hundred more.

It is not enough, but it is a start.

Your movement will benefit more from a total tear down that it will from shambling along as it is.

Just do not wake up to that fact until you have taken enough devastating losses that they prove fatal to everything you stand for, greed, bigotry, entitlement and all.

It's the KID that made the Carlson decision (and presumably Lara Trump and Dan Bongino).

Looks like somebody had his weapon cocked and ready to fire and went ahead and did so.

Just a small price to pay so that everybody can have to access to weapons to kill the bad people lurking in the shadows.

You say Murdoch is aiming to launch a fourth reich. That is good to know. Lets route some cruise missiles his way to cut him off at the pass.
