How does one keep tight control without a degree of occupation? Asking for a friend.

Good question.
Tell friend that the tight control can be exercised from outside the physical borders.
Tell friend that didn't work, was taken advantage of...so something different will likely be tried now.

Playboy magazine just is not the same without Hugh Hefner, it is sad. Maybe Barbi Benton can help to save Playboy, they can put Barbi Benton in charge and Barbi can hire a bunch of young geniuses from National Lampoon at Harvard University to save Playboy. I have some ideas to save Playboy. And of course Playboy needs beautiful Playmates like Marli Buccola to save the magazine. Hopefully Playboy can be saved.

Texas is 5th in the nation now for wine making, so the new refugees can go to Texas and they can work in the vineyards in Texas, and Texas can provide good cheap wine for Chicago, Detroit, Saint Louis, New Orleans, Memphis, Harlem, etc. The workers can join the United Farm Workers and they can have good lives, we can also have schools and libraries for the workers, etc.

Here is an article, but you can only read it once for free and then they want for you to subscribe.

https://www.dallasnews.com/food/drinks/2022/05/18/13-billion-boom-5-reasons-texas-wine-is-entering-its-best-era-yet/

I am sure you can find other free articles on the web about the wine in Texas.

Texas is our fastest growing state now, it is where all of the refugees are going. They can join the Teamsters and they can drive trucks, they can also join the United Farm Workers, and we need to have libraries and schools and job training for the refugees.

Salute,

I''m not in favour of a ground invasion of Gaza by Israel, just yet.
The Israelis who'll be fighting and dying are kids in their teens and early 20s.
Why use your troops as cannon fodder, when you don't have to.
All that will do is create more grieving Jewish families.

Three senior Hamas officials/commanders have been blown up and killed in their own homes recently.
I'd just keep doing that for a while, (might be able to kill some more Hamas big wigs).

Wait and see what the Arab Peace Conference (including Spain) comes up with.

Occupation through remote via mechanical intermediaries.

That sounds nice.

Probably how China governs Australia in a few years.

Albo is leaving this afternoon for Washington to meet with Joe, Kamala and Co, including about AUKUS.
Totally understandable if the US doesn't wan't its nuke sub treasured technology in the hands of others, especially with Albo the other day doing nothing about China's now 'owning' the port of Darwin in Australia.
ScoMo was going to tell China NO...Albo's leftist govt sure seems to be cosying up to China.
Your leftist hero Albo.
Your leftist hero govt.

Chinese warships on one side of Darwin port
and US Marines, and US nuke subs on the other.
Totally ridiculous.

Sky News:

Israel President Herzog: "Hamas had chemical weapons instructions."
President showed the instructions.(Found on one of Hamas' dead fighters.)

Does Israel have chemical weapons to fire back?

Israel has not occupied Gaza militarily since 2005....though it has kept tight control of it.
Given recent events, obviously not tight enough.
Israel was tricked by the terrorists in Gaza. Israel thought its security was absolute...it wasn't.
That needs to be fixed, properly.

That kind of endorsement from you puts someone immediately on the terrorist watch list.

Bambu thanks you, I am sure.
