Cocoa.Beach is becoming the Battle Mountain of the American south.

Battle Mountain, Nevada, has land for only $1,000 per acre, and you can rent a room over the tavern for $100 per month, and there are casino jobs, and jobs at the Gold mines, and they can raise pigs to sell pork to San Francisco, etc. Life is easy in Battle Mountain, and it is a safe place with low crime. And it is a good place for retired Veterans, etc, and they have a legal Bordello, The Calico Club, which has a fully stocked bar and a 5 star restaurant, the sports stars from Los Angeles go there to party, it is only 500 miles from Los Angeles and plus Battle Mountain has an airport. Battle Mountain is also a good place for new immigrants. And they can build housing like in Santorini, Greece, with tennis courts, swimming pools, and libraries.

So far as Cocoa Beach, Florida, it is an awesome place, and you can get a home there for only $500,000 and that is right on the beach, it is $1 Million for the average home here in Anaheim so Cocoa Beach is half the price of Anaheim. With the movie studio at Universal in Orlando just a short drive away. And the women in Florida are great, I would probably have a wife if I lived in Florida, but in California you need to be rich before you get a wife, you need to be able to provide her with a new car and a nice home, etc. In Florida I could have a wife with just a job as a cook at the night club, but if I was making movies and television shows at Universal in Orlando then I could live like Hugh Hefner in Florida, and for sure be able to find a good wife. Florida is great.

California pushes you to bring out the greatness in you, like New York, everyone studies and works hard, and it is expensive to live here. But, if you can make it here then you can make it anywhere.

By the way, I sent a post on Facebook to the San Miguel Corporation from the Philippines and invited them to do business in Hollywood and in California, I can give them a lot of good advice, and I have several ideas.

Salute,

Not sure if you'd be interested in a 53 yr old woman as a wife, but 53 yr old women in the West are reportedly struggling to find partners.
Could be there are 53 yr old women who'd be happy to provide a man with a car and a home to live in in return for partnership/marriage.

I would like to find a woman who is still young enough to have a child, I would still like to have a child. Maybe I can get lucky like Charlie Chaplin and J.D. Salinger. We will see, I need to publish my poetry book and get my movie script made or sold, and then good things can happen. And it would be cool to find a woman who wants to write and produce movies and television shows with me, etc, like Mary Pickford and Douglas Fairbanks, and like Lucy and Desi, etc. My friend told me to write it all down, and then pray on it, and God will manifest everything. The secret is to keep dreaming and to keep moving forward, and not to give up. God has plans for me.

Meanwhile, I just went for a walk and saw a young teen girl on drugs on the sidewalk, that is sad and dangerous, bad things can happen to her out there on the streets, I told her to go to City Hall and get help, she told me that she did not need help, but yes she does need help. There needs to be vans driving around picking up the homeless people, my dearly departed friend Chris Meyer used to drive around in a van with a female social worker and they picked up the homeless people and took them to shelters where they could get help, and that is what needs to happen, the City needs to have vans for the homeless. And there needs to be programs like "Children of the Night" which helps the homeless teens in Hollywood.

And God will send me a good wife, I just need to wait upon the Lord. I am thinking someone like Mahlagha Jaberi, Marli Buccola, Sophia Stallone, Electra Mustaine, someone who wants to work in the Entertainment Industry with me, and also I want to do charity work and help the orphans in Mexico, etc, maybe I can donate libraries, etc. My friends from the Philippines wanted for me to find a wealthy bride from the Philippines as a helper, and also I like the Italian women, so we will see who God sends for me. And I want a woman who brings out the best in me, and who makes life better. We will see what God has planned.

Inflation is still bad on food prices, but I just need to be a smart shopper.

And like for hot dogs, if you get a hot dog and a Coke at 7-Eleven then it is $3 and that is just a regular mustard dog, but at Northgate I can get a package of 8 hot dogs for $2 and a package of hot dog buns for $3, it is weird that the buns are more expensive than the hot dogs, but that is $5 for 8 hot dogs with buns.

The frozen burritos are 8 for $5 so you cannot beat that.

Frozen pizza is $8 for a DiGiorno Supreme.

I can make a big pot of pasta for $20 which is enough to feed 8 people.

A box of California Cabernet Sauvignon is $20 and it is 5 liters.

And the high prices should make more people want to invest in Farming and in Agriculture. Right now it costs $5 for 2 avocados, so that would make people want to grow and sell avocados. And olives are $3 for a can, so that would make more people want to grow olives. And cheese is expensive, we need for more people to make cheese in order to increase supply to bring the prices down. And we need to bring down the price of Oscar Meyer sandwich meats, etc. And canned chili is way too expensive, people need to bring down the price, on the good stuff like the Stagg Chili, etc.

Seafood from the Pacific Ocean needs to be cheap and abundant. And people are doing a lot of farming in Bakersfield, etc, we need to put the refugees to work with the United Farm Workers to help to grow food. And the frozen foods for the microwave ovens needs to be expanded, there can be better and cheaper and healthier frozen burritos, etc. Dieticians can design the meals for the frozen foods, etc.

The news reporter said prices are coming down on food, I hope he is right.

And we can export food to China, and to Australia, etc, and to Singapore, and to Taiwan, etc. Mexico can also export food to China, etc, and others can too.

We also have spinach and winter vegetables for our cities in the USA, etc. We need for spinach to be cheap and plentiful. And carrots are cheap, etc, and corn.

We have come a very long way in the USA since the Great Depression, and I am grateful for advancements. We need to do like Biden wants and we need to give a free college education to every American who wants an education. For sure at least an Associate in Arts degree. And we need to teach every American how to read and write. We need to do more when people are young, we need to keep the kids in school and we need to teach them, from kindergarten to 12th grade needs to be an important time of learning, and then we need to at least give them an AA.

Biden is doing a good job, inflation will come down, and they are even talking about lowering the interest rates. ( Europe has already lowered interest rates there. )

I'm not sure about Trump.
I'm not hearing any iron-clad guarantees about ANZUS and AUKUS coming forth from his policy mouth.

Stick with California, Australia has no better friend than California. We have music, television, film, fashion, etc, plus defense and space, etc, and surfing, etc, plus California produces a lot of food, etc. The Prime Minister of Australia and a whole team should come to Los Angeles to meet with Mayor Bass, and also with Governor Newsom, etc, and Mayor Aitken of Anaheim, etc, and with Lou Correa, and with Sabrina Cervantes, etc.

The protestors need to stop vandalizing the college campuses, they even destroyed student housing in Los Angeles where one out of ten students are homeless, we need to stop the protestors from disrupting the lives of the students on the college campuses. And for the poor students, they are getting deep in debt to get an education, and we all know an education is the great equalizer, so it is important to keep our campuses safe.

And for the Veterans who are looking for wives, check out the Mexican women, and the women from Colombia, and from El Salvador, and from Venezuela, and from the Philippines, etc. One of my friends served in Iraq, and then he married a Russian Bride when he got back to the USA, and he bought a nice house in Montana, his Russian Bride went to school to become a Nurse and she is his private Nurse. He is very happy, his Russian Bride is his pride and joy.

Our Entertainment Industry has power, in that movies, music, etc, have the power to change how people think and feel, and thus can change how people behave. And we all know the power of great works such as "Animal Farm" by George Orwell. So, we need to be smart in who we allow to own our movie and television studios in the USA, and we need to stop selling our entertainment industry to foreign companies.

And the Entertainment Industry does not bode well with the Japanese Business Model, I like the Italian Business Model much better such as at Cinecitta, and the French Business Model such as at the Victorine Studios in Nice, France, etc. And even the old Hollywood model. But, the Japanese Business Model just does not work for the Entertainment Industry.

Right now the Japanese are trying to buy up everything in Hollywood, they have the big studio in Culver City, and they are expanding into Las Vegas, and they are trying to buy Paramount, it is all bullshit, we need to stop selling Hollywood to the Japanese.

Meanwhile, we can invite the rich corporations from the Philippines to do business in Hollywood, etc, and we can bring in the rich Mexicans, and the French and Italians, etc.

And now the Japanese are trying to buy up the movie theatres, we need to stop the Japanese studios from buying our theatres. And we should not be selling our studios to foreign companies.

I must be missing something, because I just cannot understand how protesters in Israel think they'll be better off in the long term or short term by surrendering to Hamas terrorists, capitulating to their ceasefire/peace deal, and basically giving up.

Bambu, I sent a message to Von's and told them to export to Australia...

https://www.vons.com/

Von's, Northgate, Stater Brothers, Trader Joe's, and others, can expand trade to send ships full of goods from California to Australia.

We need to put the refugees to work growing food with the United Farm Workers, and then we can export food to Australia, and to China, etc, and to Singapore, and to Taiwan, etc.
