"If Trump doesn't get in, we're (Australia) completely and utterly f****d" - mrs bambu

She doesn't see Kamala as a Christian warrior capable of standing up to Iran, Islamic terrorists, China, Nth Korea, Russia etc.

Mrs bambu is not exceedingly bright considering she married your dumb ass.

She has no uni degrees, only high school education for 3 years, can't spell very well but is getting much better since she's taken to commenting online in political and footy articles.
Raised on a farm, she left for the big city at 17 armed with intelligence, morals, a sense of worth, commonsense by the truckload, and a good work ethic.
Went to business college, got a job in an office, typing, book keeping etc....$12 per week.
Paid $6 in fares, $4 board, $2 for lunches etc. Parents sent her money.
Doesn't look her age, and is very cute.
She's a social capitalist centre-right "Conservative".
Not afraid to speak her mind.
You probably wouldn't like her. lol

Headline news in DTele online now...basically an adviser is saying that if Trump is elected President ...AUKUS is at serious risk and Australia's chance of getting nuke powered subs is in dire peril.

The solution is for the US and Britain to park some nuke subs in Australian ports on a rotation basis.

It does not really matter who is elected, the people rule, the people are the bosses, and the President is a Public Servant, and we have Congress made up of the Senate and the House of Representatives, and we have the Supreme Court, we will be fine. Our Republic will stand.

On the issue of helping people, then the Universities can buy housing for their professors, they can buy Condominium Complexes, and Apartment Complexes, and Townhomes, etc, for the professors to live in. In England in the play "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf" it takes place in Faculty Housing for a University. The professors can have housing provided by the Universities, with swimming pools, and tennis courts, and with libraries, etc.

For the homeless actors, then the Screen Actor's Guild can buy Apartment Complexes, etc, for the poor actors, and then they can give them classes, etc, and they can help them to get work, etc, and also there can be help for the disabled actors, and retired actors, etc, and also there can be help for the stunt men, etc.

It is important for the people to have access to housing and help.

And with the people from the Philippines, they all help each other, they all hire each other, they support each other, and they have a community. My friends from the Philippines wanted for me to have a wife from the Philippines so that I could be connected to the community from the Philippines.

We will see. When I find a wife then I will become part of her community. Marli Buccola is Italian-American from San Diego, Mahlagha Jaberi is Persian and lives in San Diego, etc. Then a wife can be part of my team, and we can do great things. Maybe she wants her own brand of French Perfume, or a Night Club, or to help me run a Movie and Television Production Company, or to Write movies and television shows with me, etc. Maybe someday we can buy Universal, we will see. And maybe live in the Bourbon / Capetian Mansion in La Jolla, you never know. Or maybe live in Italy, or Malibu, we will see what happens.

I have a friend who is a Rock Star from Venice Beach who is a good supportive ally, and I am lucky and my Mother is still alive. But, I still really want to find a good woman, we will see what happens.

Meanwhile, I need to see if I can volunteer to help Anaheim to develop their Film and Television Office at Anaheim City Hall. My hometown, Lancaster, California, has a great Film and Television Office and they have support from Lancaster City Hall.

Salute,

Tony V.

Who would have thought you had married a dumbass, unless of course you have made her up.

I see Larry had a similar observation

Fac, is La Jolla a nice area?
Salute,

Tony V.

It is very expensive. They do have some very nice restaurants though my favorite one has gone. I had a wedding there about 18 years ago.

Parts of San Diego remind me of the Malfi Coast. Now that the passion fruit have stopped dropping, it is guava season in my yard.

When Mitt Romney got to nine figures he went and got himself a place in La Jolla. He had an underground garage with a car elevator put in.

Thanks. Sounds like a nice area. The Bourbon / Capetian mansion is probably really fantastic.

I went to a wedding at the San Diego Zoo with an old college friend from the AADA, we had the whole zoo to ourselves after closing, and we had a full bar for the reception. We could walk around with drinks while looking at the animals, it was cool. We could have a 7&7 and check out the gorillas, etc. People were smoking pot, we had total freedom. It was a very cool wedding, I bet it cost a fortune.

I would love to explore California a lot more, this is a fantastic state.

Thanks for the info.

Salute,

On Facebook the United Nations said that we have 122 Million refugees right now who have had to leave their homes, and they all need new housing. I suggested having Kiwanis International to help, and to use the Kiwanis Village in Victoria, British Columbia, for the refugee children and their families. I also suggested Route 66, from Santa Monica to Chicago.

But, we need peace, we cannot have 122 Million homeless people looking for homes. We need to fully fund the Peace Corps, etc.

And the Basques can run herds of sheep, cattle, and goats, to reduce fire danger, etc.

I have a Newspaper from when I was in Rome, Italy, with President George W. Bush on the front page from when I was in Rome in 2003. W. came to meet with Berlusconi, and with Pope John Paul II, and with King Juan Carlos of Spain, they all met in Rome. It was a great meeting of the most powerful people in the world. W. had a lot of support after 9/11. Oliver Stone made a good film about W. W. was a great President, and W. supports Kamala.

I hope the Pope, and the King of Spain, and Giorgia Meloni, all support Kamala Harris.

And Claudia Sheinbaum is fantastic.

I don't make things up.
At that time only 20% of students in NSW attended university.
The rest either her left HS after 3 years, legally...after sitting The Intermediate Certificate, or continued on to do 5 years and sit The Leaving Certificate....graduate and go to university.
The 3 years of HS students who left either started work in jobs that offered "on the job training", started as an apprentice in a trade with a business/sole tradesman and attended TAFE (Technical And Further Education), attended business college learning shorthand, typing, office skills.
The population of Australia in 1966 was 11.5 M.
Not many people around.
No computers, no cell phones, no iPads, no ATMs.
Only pens, paper, and typewriters....basically.

Dolly in the movie "Nine to Five" is instructive.

You suspect wrongly.
Which is not uncommon, you suspect wrongly on other things too.
You suspect closing all the golf courses in America and building accommodation on them for asylum seekers and migrants is a great idea...it's not.

Yeah. I favor generally available low income housing on privately held golf courses and land currently held by churches. Availability of this housing should not be based on immigration status.
