Battle Mountain, Nevada, USA, would be a good area for new immigration and growth. The area has gold, and jewelry can be made from the gold, etc. And the area has huge cattle ranches, and the beef can be made into beef stew and can be canned and shipped around the world, and other things can be made from the beef, and dog food can be made from the bones from the beef, etc, and stuff can be made from the leather from the cattle, etc. Many jobs can be created in Battle Mountain.

As people from Venezuela, and from other places, are looking for new places to live, the people of Venezuela can consider Battle Mountain, Nevada, USA.

And for those who wish to study, there is the Great Basin College in Elko...

Land in the Battle Mountain area is cheap and plentiful. But be aware, it is cold in the winter, and I recommend having solar power to help to keep your heating bills lower, plus solar is better for the environment. (Of note too, Nevada has geothermal electricity in some areas, and hydro. And I would suppose that parts of Nevada have wind power as well now. Nevada is really a clean state.)

Of note, if the immigrants from Venezuela, and from Colombia, etc, cannot get into the USA, for whatever reason, there is also France, Italy, and Spain, which are good, prosperous, safe places to go to.

On the issue of the Catholic Church helping the Venezuelans...

In many areas the Catholic Church is the only charity which is helping the refugees, and the orphans, and the homeless, and the needy. And most of the people in the Catholic Church are wonderful people who have devoted their lives to helping other people, and to serving God, and doing as God asks in Matthew 25; 31-46. God tells us to help the poor, and the needy, and the fatherless, and to deliver them from the hand of the wicked. Those who harm children are not Christians, and God tells us to cast those who would harm children into the sea, and to drown them.

"It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck and he were cast into the sea than that he should cause one of these little ones to sin."

Those who molest children should be cast into the sea and drowned. But, the good priests and nuns are wonderful, and those who help the children are awesome. Those in the Catholic Church who help people, and who serve God, are great, and they should be supported. The bad ones need to be reported, and the good ones need to be supported.

Also, sadly some people hate priests, while they praise pimps, and those people are confused; a good priest is wonderful, and a pimp needs to be punished. I hate pimps.

The Catholic Church can help the Venezuelans, and it is a great church which does a lot of great things.

Aloe Vera is a good cash crop, and Aloe Vera is used in body soap, and body lotion, and hair shampoo and hair conditioner, and suntan lotion, etc, etc, etc.

Poor people could make some honest money by growing Aloe Vera, and jobs can be created for desperate people, and they can have their own little Aloe Vera communities where they all benefit from the Aloe Vera farming, the same way utopias are created from growing grapes and making wine.

Mexico is California's number one trade partner, we need to keep our borders open, and we need to work together as a team with Mexico, and with Canada, in regard to fighting against terrorism, and stopping the flow of illegal drugs, etc. We need teamwork, not walls.

And we have been making progress in Colombia because of teamwork, and in other areas here within the Organization of American States. We even put Cuba back in the organization. We need to work together for the betterment of all of us.

NO WALLS!

Colombia has made a lot of progress. Pastrana, Uribe, and Santos, all did a great job, and Iván Duque Márquez attended Harvard University here in the USA.

Part of the progress in Colombia has been due to improving education for the children. And Shakira has done a lot of work to help the children of Colombia, with her Bare Feet Children's Foundation. The children are the future, and Colombia has made a lot of progress because of the focus on improving education for the children, and early childhood programs, etc.

Improving the economy has also been important in Colombia, and creating honest and peaceful opportunities for people.

I wish the best for Colombia, they are a great ally.

Shakira is at Quibdó Chocó.

At Pies Descalzos as part of our holistic model and open-door policy we complement our in-school programs with others for the community, like home visitation, parent education, and encouraging a healthy lifestyle with physical activity and movement outside the classroom, which all contribute to more outstanding academic results at school.

With the success of Colombian coffee, and with more resources going to education for the children, then everything is improving in Colombia.

And Pastrana was great, and so was Uribe, and Santos, and Iván Duque Márquez is doing great and he attended Harvard here in the USA.

Great things are happening in Colombia, and improving education for the children is part of it.

And that is also good, because many people escaping from starvation in Venezuela can go to Colombia.

Our maid in Malibu, Consuela, we called her Connie, was from El Salvador, and in El Salvador she used to kill and butcher her own meat. She could kill a cow and butcher it, and turn it into hamburgers and steaks, to feed her family and to feed her village. That was pretty cool to have a maid who could butcher her own meat. She was a tough survivor. She was a wonderful maid, and she was great with the kids.
