If they refused to get vaccinated while vaccines were available and then died of Covid, you could make an argument that their deaths were a result of suicide or a suicidal tendency to be influenced by right wing grifters.

If that meets the standards for suicide, discouraging uptake of the vaccine is encouraging suicide. Courts find that encouraging suicide can be successfully prosecuted as murder
