PHX 6-0 in the bubble bath.

OKC played CP3 and a mess of backups.
But the OKC nobodaddies hustle and scrap.
Rook Bazley went for 22 / 10 & 3 assists.  Looked good, made half his shots.
16-29 last two games, including 7-12 on 3's.
Another rook Lu Dort is built like a rock and has some Marcus Smart to him.  Needs to work on his offense, but he's aggressive on everything.

For PHX, Jevon is a smaller version, a 6'1" pitbull.  He was even picking up CP3 in the backcourt at times.  Tough defender, and shot well on 3's this year.
#32 pick in 2018 draft.  Looks like he'll be in the League for some years.

High 2nd round of 2018 draft looking quite nice.

Devonte Graham #34
Mitch #36

Brunson #33
Jevon Carter #32
Gary Trent #37
Kurucs #40

I don't really know Okobo or Mel Frazier.

Knix took Knox #9.
And so far 5 of the next 6 picks look better.
Shai is a real player.  Was moving up the draft board late.
Porter Jr. has started to show out, just needs to stay healthy.
The 2 Bridges are solid.  I've seen Mikal more and he's coming along nicely as a 3&D wing for PHX.

Since Vlade's first made was the cap clearing trade that gave away an unprotected 1st rounder, I drop him to a C-.  That deal cost Sacto cost them Jayson Tatum, but did get them the pick that was used on Fox, but also gave away their 2019 pick.
BOS used it on Langford  at #14.  But it also could have been Brandon Clarke, Thybulle, Goga.  Deep draft.

Best article I've seen on Vlade's hits and misses:
https://www.sacbee.com/sports/nba/sacramento-kings/article244981735.html
just a lot of activity without much consistency or much of a plan or developing chemistry.  Current squad lacks defenders.

Nice bounce back game for Shai.
I like when he popped a pair of 3's to tie the game up after OKC fell behind by 9.

Many saying it's just a bad matchup for OKC since they like to play small and HOU does as well and switches everything cancelling OKC's advantage.

I think OKC needs to use Adams to beast people more and tag fouls on HOU.  He started off scoring at will, but wound up with 4 FG's.  And let Nerlens dominate on the glass.  Gallo needs to be more assertive.  Took too many tough shots.
CP3 0 FT's.

Dort did a nice job hounding Harden.
Eric Gordon 0-10 on 3's and a team high +24.
House did a terrific job grabbing boards.

IND with a 3Q comeback.
Down 4 entering the 4th.
Basically their season comes down to the next 12 mins.

MyTurn and The Frog really coming through for IND.

Tim was 1-7 with 3 fouls in the 1st half.
Looked lost and low energy.
Give him credit for bouncing back 2nd half (7-11 FG).

But with KZ out and Doncic minorly hobbled, they needed Tim needed and he was a 1st half no show.  Lucky Trey Burke was rock solid until Tim was ready.

Doncic continues to be a Bird/Magic hybrid.
Amazing stuff.
Bad ankle and he started the game with drives through and Euro-around defenders.
He also played pretty good D, staying in front of PG-13, and getting a couple of steals.

Suns have drafted better at the back end of the lottery than the top:

Looking back at the Suns 10-14 picks in the last decade:

#11: Cameron Johnson (2019)
#10: Mikal Bridges (2018)
#13: Devin Booker (2015)
#14: TJ Warren (2014)
#13: Kendall Marshall (2012)
#13: Markieff Morris (2011)

Who the Suns drafted in the top 5:

#1 Deandre Ayton (2018)
#4 Josh Jackson (2017)
#4 Dragan Bender (2016)
#5 Alex Len (2013)

Bonus: #8: Marquiss Chriss (2016)
