The first 21 billion of the #NextGenerationEu have arrived. They are the resources of the Recovery Fund for which we fought so much at European level and that are enabling Italy to return to investing, to believe in its future. Now we have to realize all the projects soon, simplifying and not wasting a day or a euro.

So Europe has their version of a stimulus plan happening, and hopefully France and Italy get a lot of tourism. The war in Ukraine is the last thing that the world needs, we need peace and prosperity so that we can bounce back from the corona crisis.

Russia said Wednesday that it had imposed sanctions on 398 members of the US Congress in retaliation against Washington blacklisting hundreds of Russian lawmakers last month.

Moscow's "mirror sanctions" include "the leadership and committee chairmen of the lower house of the U.S. Congress," the Russian foreign ministry said in a statement.

Let's see... figure that 275 of the 398 are either Dems or hang out with them.
