I think you are a good guy Bambu, and you did the best you could with the cards you were dealt, and you have never done anything to harm other people, and you never did anything evil like selling meth to teenagers, etc, you are a good guy Bambu.
Here in the USA for the trades we have UNIONS, and so one starts out as an apprentice and then they work their way up to journeyman, etc. And the truck drivers join the Teamsters and they make $100,000 per year. The farm workers have the United Farm Workers, etc. And in Hollywood every trade has a union or a guild, we have the Screen Actor's Guild, etc. The unions help to make sure that the workers are treated fair and that they are paid well.
And every area needs to have a village that works for whatever industry is in that area, in Detroit they have the automobile industry and they need to train people in Detroit for the automobile industry, and Detroit can be a whole village that specializes in manufacturing automobiles. In Hollywood we have the movie and television industry and we need to have a whole village of artists who specialize in making movies and television shows. Anaheim has Disneyland and tourism, our village needs to specialize in serving the tourists and running Disneyland, etc. ( One good example is the fact that Fullerton Community College is now training people for jobs with Disney, the students go right to work for Disney when they graduate. The local people are training for local jobs and they are going right to work when they graduate. )
For the smart people who want to be doctors we have great schools here, we have the University of California in Irvine which is a wonderful Medical School. For the smart people who want to go to Medical School then we need to give them a free education.
We also need to train our public school teachers for free, we need to give the public school teachers a free education, along with college professors, etc.
We also have a huge shortage of psychiatrists, and San Diego State University trains psychiatrists, we need to expand the training of psychiatrists and we need to train the psychiatrists for free.
Yes, Bambu, an education is not for everyone, for those people we have unions to help them, and each area needs to have their specialty that the village can focus on supporting such as tourism or whatever the case may be, and then we need to give the smart people a free ride to go to college.
