I wonder if he will be sending us taxpayers a thank you note for our donations to his political campaign.
We are on the hook for his promises and he did it all himself without asking Congress.

According to the Penn Wharton budget model, Biden's SAVE(college debt relief) plan will incur a net cost of $475 billion over the 10-year budget window.
