Pretty competitive though, eh, Josh?
Don't be such a prick. Maybe bring another baseball issue to light, so the horse can rest in peace.
Clearly, it's all on me, Kid. After all, I keep bringing up the topic with no prompting from anybody else.
And it's hilarious that you
start with a comment that continues that topic and
then tell me that
I am being a prick and that
I should bring up a new topic.
I wondered already at the Red Sox' having let go their first base coach, with no explanation, beyond their claim that it was not related to his vaccination refusal. Didn't generate a lot of conversation.
Their hitting coach has chosen to move on rather than returning, as the Red Sox expected. No explanation for that, either. If he has another job offer or two in hand, it would make plenty of sense. If not, then it's curious.
The difficulty the Mets are having with their front office hires is curious.
And how often has a manager with a job taken the same position with another team for the following year, when he already had a contract for that year?! It was an interesting move by Bob Melvin and the Padres.
