trying to score from 2nd on a slow roller to 2nd.

Aggressive.

Unwise.

But at least the score is tied (for now)!

Wow.

Yeah, that was quite the demonstration. And I liked the Knobloch reference!

good win.

"Good" win.

I'll take it, but while getting to the 10th was good and I want to think we'd have scored the 2nd run in the 9th even without the miscommunication on the pop fly, it really took a collapse by the Yankees for that game to go as it did.

According to the stat guys

The Yankees' Brooks Kriske is the first pitcher in MLB history to throw 4 wild pitches in a single extra inning.

Oy.

It was a weird game. Ys scored their first run on two walks, a passed ball and what should have been a double play grounder 6-4-3.

then the next two runs on 2 more lead-off walks, with a single an sac fly.

the 4th run with the help of the ghost runner in the 10th.

4 runs on 1 hit

This is 2016 again for the Yankees. I think everybody but Cole should be available.

I throw in the towel because they’re not a good team.
