I miss the NY Times - where there were posters who nudged - but conversation was possible.  If anything the rough banter was team based.  Here it is always in the back of someone's mind the other guy's politics - and extremists abound.  And fresh slates are unavailable when dealing with most.  Sadly so.  But here we are.

Anyway - fresh slate on SOSH.  I will try to get there some.

I Met Rick a few times, and played golf with both he and Lenny, but that was a long time ago and I think Lenny died, since.

But those guys were great.  We met up at the old ESPN zone in Manhattan one time  and also did a Mets vs Giants playoff game.  It was the Bobby Fresno Jones 1 hitter.

I also met a Red Sox guy in Houston at some point.

Erik Frank did become a good friend - but havent seen/spoken to him in a while.  Erik was in the original GGHF fantasy league, now 20 years and strong.
