We know the coal jobs are not coming back to Kentucky, but instead of seeing it as a bad thing then we can use this opportunity to elevate and educate our people and to grow.
According to Maslow's hierarchy of human needs we know that people need to have food, shelter, safety, etc, before they can rise to the highest levels of actualization where they can create and lead. We can send the people of Kentucky food from California grown by immigrants, etc, and we need to build more schools and libraries in Kentucky, and we can send them cheap supplies from Mexico, etc, and we can help the people of Kentucky to rise to the higher levels where they can create, and where they can solve problems, and the people of Kentucky can have better lives.
Salute,
