Wrong again kid the issue was Eli and how to handle the transition to a new QB, and the Maras on down miscalculated and mismanaged the issue.

Whether it was from loyalty or not willing to admit what seemed clear, that Eli was slipping from a good QB to an aging immoble mistake-prone QB, they ignored the Eli in the room, and compounded their error.

So now they have a potentially great running back, who has no blockers, and a "best used by" date is running faster than he is, a head case attention whore wide receiver  who enjoys throwing teamates under the bus, no O-line, no defense, a QB with a deer in the head lights fear in his eyes, and a management running a Halloween fire sale to tank and rebuild on the fly.

Trick or Treat.

And now as All Hallows Eve approaches, the neighborhood kids, are buying eggs and toilet paper.

And word to the wise, the Maras should be wary of burning paper bags on the front porch.

Its likely to turn into a messy shit-show.

I think the Giants are going to beat the "really mediocre, but first-place" Redskins this weekend.

Could be

I see the line is roughly a PK or Skins -1

I'm having a Costanza year, and ready to go for chicken salad on rye, untoasted, with a cup of tea.

IMO a G-Men win would be a band-aid on a pretty deep wound.

So they'll probably win by 3 TDs

We're basically looking at the 1970's Giants.

It will be interesting to see the intramarket dynamics evolve if Darnold turns the JETS into a winner, while the Giants flounder to find the next guy.

I'll be counting Darnold v Eli/OBJ jerseys this Halloween.

kind of a leading indicator.

I understand you are bitter about the 2 Super Bowls, so this ridiculous rant is of course forgiven.

Gotta lighten up, pal.  I dont know if it is the lost titles or your disdain for Utley that has you going.....

Not pretty.

You dont just trade a guy like that

Has to be a real bigtime offer.

The dude was on an 11 win team just 2 years back, recall.  Division sure is known to turn over.

Randy Moss says you have no fucking idea what you are talking about.

And Terrell Owens is just laughing at your cluelessness.

OBJ has been a a fucking narciscistic distraction for several years.

And you think it will improve if they bring in a roookie QB next year?
HAHAHAHAHA

You're delusional.

That you continue to view the NFL through a fantasy lens is fine, but its a fantasy.

Giants should shop him, admit a mistake was made, and salvage the situation.

And as I said -

ISSUE WASNT ELI

But Josh thanks you for not allowing him to speak.

It's both.

But mostly losing to Eli TWICE is the driver of the ridiculous commentary bankshot has thrown up here.

Not pretty.

Not bitter at all.

Its a game played by others and I'm just a spectator being entertained.

I do find some of the strategic and management elements interesting and enjoy applying my knowlege and relevant experiences, both professional and personal to some of the situations.

I understand you do not understand.

But over time if you pay attentin, you may.

Its was always about Eli.

And whether to stick with him or look for his successor.

You just did not understand it.

Or that Giant management horribly mismanaged the situation.

People, at least most with a functioning brain and a modicum of understanding of the game, are starting to understand how badly they fucked up.

Not to worry, eventually it will dawn on you.

As for Utley, you may notice he follows me around like a lost puppy.

I own the idiot, and have for years.

You want to rent some space in his head?

I totally own that.

Its small and pointy, but its empty, and as you can tell its hardly used.

The views not very good though, as Utley generally has his head up his ass.

You might like it.

Make me a reasonable offer.

heh

The under seems pretty well trampled at this point. The Dolphins are trying hard to preserve their gap so you win on Houston's covering, at least!
