Flacco fares pretty well vs Pats, if I recall.

I have long thought that the two worst NFL teams in a given year should meet post-season. I figured they could call it the Toilet Bowl and play each year in Flushing Meadows.

Or that the worst NFL team could play the winner of the NCAA championship.

Flacco underappreciated overall

Needs 2 wins for 100 regular season, career

10-5 in playoffs

As for games with Pats, his stats are higher on average in those games than overall (66% comp rate in his 1-4 reg season log, for instance vs 61.5 career)

I listed four who were in the 90s and one in the 80s. I left off one I should have remembered, one I might have eventually come up with, and a few that I would not have included in the "modern era," suggesting that I just don't know what that term means.

And one just way off that I should not have had at all. Bad luck on my part.

There was a lot of bad football played yesterday.

Fortunately, we have the Pats and Jets tonight.

That will make it all better, right?!

Howard and Dandy Don weep

I see the line os the game is Pats -9.5 or -10

I'm not sure the Pats can score much more than 15 (that's 5 FG-I'm not sure they can score TD anymore)

I generally like overs, but if I were to wager I'd give a hard look at the Jets and the under (42)

I see 3 offensive TDs for Pats

No Newton turnovers

Take the over on Pats' number

eyeballing Josh's QB list

not sure what "modern day" means but

I'd add old-school QBs Johnny U and maybe Fran Tarkenton and Bart Starr

and not sure of Russell Wilson

I see a low-scoring field position game with a lot of rushing, a lot of punting, and a game that gets over quick.

something like 17-13 Pats,

I'd take the 10
