Kavanaugh didn't seem encumbered by shame when it came to investigating Clinton.   Sounds to me like Ms Harris is just bringing a little karma to the picnic.

There is nothing more disgusting in politics or more republican than Kavanaugh. Uh...Kozinski had an email list through which he distributed sexually explicit material.  Its part of the reason he was forced from the bench, in addition to, of course, the 15 women who accused him of sexual harassment.

I think it would be unfair to try and smear Kavanaugh with Kozinski's abhorrent behavior if there was no evidence that he knew of it and/or participated in it.  It would be a significant issue if he did. 

Hence, the questioning.

No, don't evade.  Answer:  is Hirono's question reasonable (or Sen.
