Since no matter what I say will be met with one of your devastating "so you have no point" ripostes, I'll just direct you to the articles and opinion pieces you took time out of your busy day (no doubt coming up with devastating ripostes)  to research.

LOL!

You need to follow the news.

That was intelligent.

I see you have no actual reply.

Take your bawl and go home.

Wanna try that again?

What do you mean?

ROFL!

I see you missed the point.

Benghazi!

Whitewater!

[Utterly irrelevant redirect to some trivial gossip about a Democrat I just saw on Newsmax]

LOL!!!!

Indeed.  I'm a little bit in love.  The wife is saying okay that's enough about Claudia Scheinbaum.   First scientist, woman, Jewish president.  (er, Jewish ancestry president - she says she is not religious affiliated)

Whats the old Jonathan Miller quip, I am not a Jew, but I am Jew-ish

Balanced view of how both Biden and Trump have inflationary policies.  Trumps, as far as economists can determine (including some pretty conservative ones), would fire up inflation more.

https://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2024/06/trump-plan-supercharge-inflation/678566/

Summers is far from alone in raising that alarm. Trumps greatest asset in the 2024 campaign may be the widespread belief among voters that the cost of living was more affordable when he was president and would be so again if hes reelected to a second term. But a growing number of economists and policy analysts are warning that Trumps second-term agenda of sweeping tariffs, mass deportation of undocumented migrants, and enormous tax cuts would accelerate, rather than alleviate, inflation.

I think reasonable conservatives, if we stipulate that Bidens 2021 stimulus had unintended inflationary consequences, can also acknowledge that Trumps 2025+ plan would also.

Wasnt it the good justices that were whacked in the PB?

The problem with Democrats is they are too civilized.   Makes it harder to fight barbarians.

When does Melania wake up and file for divorce?

It was she who persuaded Trump to end his family separation policy.  My guess is that she believes she can still rein in some of his worst impulses if he is reelected.

Will that narrow sliver of swing voters entrust their future to a convicted felon who lies about nearly everything except his desire to be a wannabe dictator and send out SS squads to round up and deport many of the people who are harvesting our vegetables, building and roofing our homes, canning our fish, packing our meat, caring for the very old, changing Jimbo's diapers and generally doing hard dirty jobs that few native-born will take.  Will be interesting to see how thoroughly the Trumpists can gaslight the swing voters on the three stool legs of migrant fear, isolationism (fuck nato, fuck Ukraine) and Biden slander.

While we strongly support the right of every American to exercise free speech and participate in civic engagement, it is clear that Mr. De Niros recent high-profile activities will create a distraction from the philanthropic work that we were hoping to recognize, said NAB spokesman Alex Siciliano in a statement, confirming that the award has been rescinded.

Wow that is breathtaking in its dishonesty.  They strongly support free speech?  DeNiro has been making high profile political comments for years, all while engaged in the philanthropy they were going to recognize.  Apparently it wasnt distracting until a few days ago.

[]Here is something we can all learn from Joyce. STOP USING APOSTROPHES.

and uppercase

we had friends who were Yoopers for a few years.  they said it was beautiful up there, but the price of beauty was the UP winter.  as i understand it if you are dropped randomly into a Michigan womb there is a 97% chance you will be in the mitt.

Whatever jail he winds up in, he'll likely pass the time writing a book about his plight.
Well, if he did the writing, it would make Finnegans Wake look focused and coherent.

riverrun, past Eve and Adams, from swerve of shore to bend of bay, brings us by a commodius vicus of recirculation back to Howth Castle and Environs.  full of trash and criminals now.  sad!

Truly time for a third party. Made up of anti-Bidens and anti-Trumpists. Should be a large majority.

And, let me guess, all having a definitive solution to illegal immigration that precisely matches yours.  And all laser focused on that single issue.

Best Trump line of today's rant

If they can do this to me they can do this to anyone!

Well yes, that is a basic principle of the rule of law, that everyone is subject to prosecution for breaking a law.

My concern is community service that's just tossing rolls of paper towel to the rest of the cleaning crew.

Watch Pat Obrien turn into Rosalind Russell who turns into Jack Lemmon who turns into Kathleen Turner.  TCM really plays with its Johnson there.  Have only seen the Russell and Lemmon versions.  Not sure it would be genius to offer all four in a row, unless they were spaced over a week.  Even then, isn't the last version kind of a POS?  Not a good batting order.

Now its time to roll up the sleeves of justice and get Aileen booted.  Clear grounds for recusal ages ago, grossly unprofessional that she is still there.  The only silver lining is that if that case by some stroke of luck goes to trial before November, it is much harder to make the whole partisan witch hunt narrative work with Cannon on the bench.
