They don't go inviting trouble to their door/person when that invitation isn't necessary...though.
50% of Americans don't vote...as a rule, preferring to just float thru life not concerning themselves with politics.
They read books, walk in the snow, swim, skate, bowl, watch movies etc...Trump and Biden could be a novel for all they know and care.

70 today and going up to 79 later in the week. We have had a heavier than regular marine layer greening the whole county and stretching as far east as Encanto. Weather almost as beautiful as the women here. My citrus is coming in huge as are the passion fruit.

If Beach Bingo cannot save us by itself, the worlds fifth largest economy and our massive public surplus can pick up the slack. Only good things happen fiscally when you banish republicans and so called conservatives from all positions of power and responsibility.

Our street lights are all solar, and we have electricity generated by Natural Gas. Natural Gas is okay, and here in California Natural Gas is plentiful. And we are running buses on Natural Gas, etc.

Costs to drive an EV compared with a gasoline car are detailed in a report Anderson Economic released Thursday called Comparison: Real World Cost of Fueling EVs and ICE Vehicles.

The study has four major findings.

There are four additional costs to powering EVs beyond electricity: cost of a home charger, commercial charging, the EV tax and "deadhead" miles.

For now, EVs cost more to power than gasoline costs to fuel an internal combustion car that gets reasonable gas mileage.

Charging costs vary more widely than gasoline prices.

There are significant time costs to finding reliable public chargers.


This is why I am keeping my well-maintained ICEVs for at least a few more years.
