When the students graduate and become architects, then we need to bring the new architects to the USA to build housing for our homeless people, and for our new immigrants. We need to build housing like crazy right now in the USA. And we want for the architects to have fun, and we want the architects to build great stuff that they can be proud of, and we also want swimming pools and tennis courts, etc.

As the architecture students graduate then we need to bring the architects to the USA and we need to put them to work helping our homeless, and helping our new immigrants, etc, and they need to build great fun stuff.

Selling pot is likely what turned many of the homeless into drug  addicts.
Pot, being a gateway drug, has likely led many homeless people down the path to cocaine, meth, heroin, LSD, and who knows what else.
