Wow.   Using RTW as a justification for hiring someone unsuited for a job and with past history of professional malfeasance?   Background checks are kind of the point.   If you're handing a badge and gun to someone without checking their work history,  then that sure sounds like a foundation for systemic racism.   RTW doesn't mean a prospective employer has to hire you.
