Ward likes to offer multiple iotas of shit. One iota I found problematic:

There were other nuances such as GOP winners who stood up to the unprincipled positions of pro choice opponents

Just because someone's principles aren't yours, doesn't make them UNprincipled.  While you accuse anyone disagreeing with you of "pounding the table" or "stomping your foot," you never take your own foot off the partisan rhetoric pedal.
The abortion campaign example was illuminating for the GOP.
The position of the dems is  abortion on demand until birth, paid for by taxpayers polls  at 10 per cent with the public even after SCOTUS and Dobbs.  I call that an unprincipled position even if extremist is a better choice of words.
In the campaign dems outspent the GOP counterparts by a ratio of about 400 to 1 largely casting republican candidates as heartless villains who will let women die. Those in the GOP who ran from the debate like Dr. Oz and Adam Laxalt lost.

In contrast those in the GOP who exposed their dem opponents as extremists who support abortion on demand without limits were winners like  Marco Rubio, Ted Budd and J.D. Vance. Their pro life poisons were based around consensus measures such as protections for unborn children when their heartbeat can be detected or they can feel pain and health care for women whose lives may be in danger.

Republican Governors who exposed similar views include Greg Abbott, Ron DeSantis, Mike DeWine, Kay Ivey, Brian Kemp, Henry McMaster, Kristi Noem, Kim Reynolds, Kevin Stitt and others were handily re-elected.

According to the AP smallest margin of victory among them was eight points, the largest 37 points.
I hope future pro life candidates heed this GOP strategy in the next campaigns.

Red seems troubled by how bad his position of abortion only for the rich and sanctimonious is polling.

That should not be the only thing bothering him during this great republican die off,

We need for our new Government to address the issue of making our immigrants legal, and writing a new immigration law that includes a good neighbor policy.

President Reagan made our immigrants legal so that they could join labor unions, and so that they could call the police in the case of an emergency, and we need to do it again right now. And then after we make our immigrants legal then we need to write a new immigration law which includes a good neighbor policy.

And we need for the Republican party to go back to being the party of Reagan, and George W. Bush, and away from Trump. Trump is racist, and Trump is greedy, and Trump is sexist. Trump wants to run for President again, we need to take the Republican party back to being like Reagan and away from being like Trump.

We need to tear down the border fence, we need to make our immigrants legal, and we need to write a new immigration law.

Salute,

Tony V.

Anyone remember RedDickJimmEspn posting those kinds of comments after 2018 or 2020, where Repos lost? Of.coirse not because he is a Comically Transparent Partisan Hack.

And Pelosi had promised to only serve two more terms as Dem leader in the House when she took the position after the unnoticed by RedDickJimmEspn historically severe congressional beatdown Repos took in 2018.
LOL!
You gladly forget GOP picked up over a dozen House Seats in 2020 when coattailless Biden rode the antitrump vote to the White House.
But, as always, your only argument is to pound the table and call names.
Retained the House, won the Senate and the Presidency. All of which you pointedly ignore. Along with the historic ass pounding your party took congressionally in 2018.
I did not ignore anything, you did.

Now that a special council has been appointed to handle matters presidential and post-presidential in the crime swamp, and congress is finalizing its criminal referrals along with the transfer of evidence to that office, we can focus on moving the country forward and blunting the assaults of all enemies foreign and domestic.

Nope.  Straw Man.   Can't think of one democrat whose position is "until birth." And most agree to limits drawn by viability, generally set at 21 to 24 weeks.  Some moderates go with the common European limit of 15 weeks, allowing some benefit of the doubt on when some consciousness is possible.  Your "until birth" extreme may be mythical, possibly with some microscopic percentage of exceptions.  What Democrats do favor is a good system
of public healthcare which helps insure abortions will be rare and well before any viability or sentience.

Guess you missed 219 USHouse democrats approving Abortion on Demand Until Birth Act, otherwise known as the Women's Health Protection Act .The legislation ( killed by the Senate) would have codified the Roe  v. Wade precedent of legal abortion through the entirety of pregnancy.
