Hunter was going to plead guilty with his lawyers claiming the settling all charges in Federal Court and consider investigations over.

But the DOJ needs the case to remain open so it can prevent Congress from calling witnesses to its investigation. LOL!

So Hunter is left facing a trial and a no guilty plea where he was all set to admit guilt.
