Who is saving Democracy?

SCOTUS ruled 6-3 overturning efforts by Trump AND Biden to  outlaw bump stocks on guns.
For the umpteenth time the Court says that is the job of Congress according to the Constitution.
Which of course is not the issue. The issue is whether Congress's existing delegation of administrative powers to the executive covers the regulation. It was an Administrative Law decision, not a Constitutional one. But your right wing web sites ignore such things.

LOL! Read the opinion. Concurring  Justice Samuel Alito wrote that while the Las Vegas mass shooting strengthened the case for amending federal law to ban bump stocks, it did not give the executive branch the right to do so unilaterally. Now that the situation is clear, Congress can act, Alito concluded
Trump banned bump stocks and Biden defended him which the Court has ruled unconstitutional.

The court has made it so you can legally buy a weapon that allows you to remove its six most corrupt and perverse injustices with one pull of the trigger. I do not know why unamerican majority on the captured court thinks they will survive the civil war they are ushering this country into. Their rulings are indirect mass murder in support of thugs. Every ruling they issue makes them more deserving of an abrupt and terrible end.

Another Federal Court protects democracy from unlawful Biden action.

In June 2023, Texas Attorney General Paxton sued the US Department of Education for issuing arbitrary and capricious guidance that unlawfully extended Title IX to include sexual orientation and gender identity as protected classes. This would have forced Texas schools and universities to allow biological males to use womens restrooms, locker rooms, and other sex specific spaces. Any Texas school refusing to follow the mandate risked losing federal education funding.

Today, a federal court vacated the unlawful guidance nationwide and issued a permanent injunction against its enforcement against Texas and its schools. This ruling ensures that no school district in the State of Texas will have to comply with the Biden Administration s  interpretation of Title IX as including gender identity requirements, including allowing men into women s restrooms or locker rooms or sports teams, or requiring students or teachers to use pronouns based on gender identity rather than biological sex.

Joe Biden s unlawful effort to weaponize Title IX for his extremist agenda has been stopped in its tracks, said Attorney General Paxton. Threatening to withhold education funding by forcing states to accept transgender policies that put women in danger was plainly illegal. Texas has prevailed on behalf of the entire Nation.
Thus, to allow  the Biden Administration unlawful action to stand would be to functionally rewrite Title IX in a way that shockingly transforms American education and usurps a major question from Congress. That is not how our democratic system functions.

Save democracy? Get rid of Joe and do not vote for Trump. The Courts are doing just fine

Again, another case that you do not understand. The egregious accused felons partisan gurgling aside, it was a question of statutory interpretation. The Biden Administration interpreted language from Title IX similarly to the interpretation of similar language in Title VII, from a SCOTUS decision authored by notoriously weaponized and extremist Justice Gorsuch. One trial judge disagreed. But they key is your deranged rabid frothing is misplaced. The Feds were not arguing that they could regulate without the approval of Congress. They argued they already had that approval.

Bump firing is a balancing act. The shooter must maintain enough forward pressure to ensure that he will bump the trigger with sufficient force to engage it. But, if the shooter applies too much forward pressure, the rifle will not slide back far enough to allow the trigger to reset. The right balance produces a reciprocating motion that permits the shooter to repeatedly engage and release the trigger in rapid succession.

I swear I did not see an appreciation for the skill involved in mass murder coming from SCOTUS!
