Clearly Red, legal expert, has zero understanding as to what takes place with agency rule-making.

Some people believe what's being done with Joe is 'elder abuse'.

Instead of relying on some people as support for point you want to make why not own your opinion?

And the SCOTUS once again reinforces the majestic equality of the law in forbidding the rich and the poor alike from sleeping under bridges.

Or what running an agency ruling on DuPont cleaning up a lake they fouled or BP capping methane leaks of abandoned wells, etc....through layers of the federal judicial system would do to the EPAs ability to regulate polluting companies i.e. its job protecting Americas environment.

Thank you for missing the point.
AGENCY RULE MAKING  is limited to the power granted to the agency by Congress.
Article Two of the Constitution.
Maybe someday you will understand.

Just remember the coordinated gaslighting by the leftist media that ,led by their lord and masters in the DNC, assured us that Joe was a sharp as a tack in private.
No wonder he held no news conferences, yelled over helicopter noise with yes or no answers, and avoided all but friendly TV exposures.
Today his democrat protectors are shocked and scared shitless they might be held accountable by the public.
They should be.
The good news is Joe may have self destructed.
The bad news is the alternative is not much better, if at all.

Wow, that is a lot of gleeful jeering to direct at a man suffering the infirmities of aging.  I think the phase where I found your posts amusing is drawing to a close.

Just keep in mind, karma is a bitch.

His aging is not the problem. It is the constant lies of the NYT, WAPO, THE ATLANTIC, MSNBC, THE AP,THE GUARDIAN,CNN that Joe is as sharp as ever.
Last night he had the debate under rules he wrote. And the democrats are apolectic.

With Chevron gone, ask your local congress representative what their stance on a railroads use of bearing defect detection systems is and their thoughts on DOT-111 tank cars.

Great Uncle had a bad night. So much for Uncle Joe being hopped up on Mountain Dew and performance enhancing drugs!

Speaking of constant lies the convicted felon you do not support (LOL) spewed them by the bucketful last night.

Democrats always panic initially, it is in their DNA. However, I promise you, Donald Trump could have wet himself on stage and Republicans would call it a presidential piss and keep it moving.

Now that the Grey Lady Editorial Board has called for Biden to drop out of the race the Democratic freakout has almost run its course and now Trump gets the megawatt spotlight 24/7.

Scorched earth time, baby.
