No, not really. My sister got 9 inches of rain officially, although her rain gage tops off at 7, and a gas stove, but is keeping her fridge and freezer closed until the electricity comes back on to try to keep as much as she can to stop stuff from spoiling. And it is the air conditioning, lights and communication devices that are her issues. Keeps going out to the truck to charge her cell.
