Yeah, I hated the abandonment of Rachel, with no decent follow through for her whole character arc.  She is pulled back from a reasonable healthy opiate-free life in Florida and ends up drawn into murdering the cartel hitman and then stuck right back with the Byrdes and managing their big gala on The Belle.  And in another deal with the FBI, who you would think she would want nothing to do with.  I liked her character and wanted better for her.  The Byrdes turn everything into shit.  (Or guano?)

A new idea for a Disney station would be "The Imagination Station" where kids can be inspired to dream and imagine and explore and discover, etc, etc, etc. They can have news for kids like "The Big Blue Marble" when I was a kid. They can travel, and explore, and experiment, etc, etc, etc.

Salute,

Tony V.

Behind Her Eyes, the new Netflix limited series, an I - can't - stop - watching psychological thriller, has a compelling performance by Simona Brown, in the lead role.  Also notable is Eve Hewson, daughter of Paul David Hewson, a very famous rock star.   Look him up, you'll thank me the next time you join in a trivia contest.

And the junkie "Rob," absolutely convinced me that he played a young man in "Trainspotting," though he was in fact four years old when that film was shot.

Losing Bill Russell and Lt. Uhura on the same day pretty much sucks.  RIP and thank you for all your good works, on- and off-screen, Ms. Nichols.

What an interesting obit.  I didn't know about her recruiting stint with NASA.

Or that MLK was a Trekkie.

Knew that she and Shatner broke the interracial kiss barrier, which required malign telekinetic beings to achieve but hey that's a start.

May her hailing frequencies always be open.

I am recovering from that well landed blow as all average people do, listening to Taylor Swift's "Shake it Off" and eating a two-name brand of ice cream while I melt the polar ice caps tooling around the neighborhood in a Ford F150 with 2.43 pieces of cheap patio furniture in the bed and 1.3 Labrador retrievers in the extended cab.

Let's round the Labs up to two, that 1.3 sounded a bit grisly.
