All very nice...it's a nice ideal.
Prejudice?...what, like 'cracker'/'cracka', in common usage by certain people?

The lovely Jane seems to have missed what's going on in the real world;

Everyone is looking after self first...with very few, if any, exceptions.

With her ideal I would refer her to the state and federal govts, and Congress. They are the ones with all the power. They are the ones who distribute all the cash.
I would also refer her to what's going on in Seattle today.

Stop cracking for a couple of generations. See if that helps your reputation any.

What you are doing now is just setting your cracka ass back, mate.

"Prejudice is an emotional commitment to ignorance" her shirt reads.

Let's say every white person [that's whom she targeted] in America is not prejudice against Black people...how is that going to change anything?
What, White people are supposed to sell all their homes and assets and give all the proceeds to Black people/Black communities?
What are White people going to live in then?  drive around in then?
That'll never happen.

What's supposed to happen is that Black people are lifted up, not White people pushed down.
Not enough housing for Black people?
No worries, slice some off the foreign aid budget, and stop sending space ships to Mars....use the money for better housing/schools/education.

https://www.reconciliation.org.au/national-reconciliation-week/

Thank you for your support of and participation in National Reconciliation Week 2020

We thank our long-term allies and supporters who have walked beside us for decades and all of the new ones who walked with us this year.

To our new supporters, please remember the importance of privileging and amplifying First Nations’ voices as you add your voice to calls for reconciliation and justice.

Reconciliation is a journey for all Australians – as individuals, families, communities, organisations and importantly as a nation. At the heart of this journey are relationships between the broader Australian community and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

We all have a role to play when it comes to reconciliation, and in playing our part we collectively build relationships and communities that value Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, histories, cultures, and futures.

NRL = your NFL

See the jerseys/uniforms specially designed.

https://www.nrl.com/community/indigenous/rounds/

The NRL, through its Reconciliation Action Plan, is committed to greater promotion and opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples within the Game.

A major example of this commitment in action is the NRL Indigenous Round.

NRL Indigenous Round, taking place in Round 11 (May 23 - 26), aims to highlight significant social issues affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. It is also an opportunity for the game to cement our commitment to the Indigenous community and celebrate the unique relationship between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and rugby league.

This year's Indigenous Round aligns with the commencement of National Reconciliation Week (27 May - 3 June). National Reconciliation Week is a time for all Australians to learn about our shared histories, cultures and achievements, and to explore how each of us can contribute to achieving reconciliation in Australia. The 2019 National Reconciliation Week theme is: "Grounded in Truth. Walk Together with Courage".

Closing the gap...lifting up Black people, not tearing down White people;

https://healthinfonet.ecu.edu.au/learn/health-system/closing-the-gap/

Welcome to the HealthInfoNet section on Closing the Gap, a central hub for information about the government initiative that aims to address Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander disadvantage in health, education and employment. This section provides a comprehensive collection of publications, resources, policies and programs relating to Closing the Gap. The workforce section includes events, training, funding and jobs.

What is Closing the Gap?

Closing the Gap is a government strategy that aims to reduce disadvantage among Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people with respect to life expectancy, child mortality, access to early childhood education, educational achievement, and employment outcomes [1][2]. It is a formal commitment made by all Australian governments to achieve Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health equality within 25 years.

Closing the Gap was developed in response to the call of the Social justice report 2005 [3] and the Close the Gap social justice campaign [1][2]. In March 2008, Australian governments and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people agreed ‘to work together to achieve equality in health status and life expectancy between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous Australians by the year 2030′ when they signed the Indigenous health equality summit statement of intent [4].

To monitor change, the Council of Australian Governments (COAG) has set measurable targets to monitor improvements in the health and wellbeing of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander population [1]. The targets are:

It changes housing, medicine, education, employment, and justice systems, to get started.

It eliminates a major cause of hypertension and stress, which improves health and increases longevity. It cuts down on the death rates of both newborns and mothers.

It changes the income and education gaps instantly and starts changing it more over time. It means that police don't think black boys and girls are two or more years older than their age and stops their assuming the kids are up to no good. It cuts down on the imbalanced punishments in schools, the imbalanced presence of black kids in SPED and out of gifted programs.

You cannot imagine the changes, Bambi.

But there is a problem...

At least in our current society, too many people would prefer to make $200 to their neighbor's $150 than to have both them and their neighbors making $250

They want to be ahead, even if lower, than to be wealthier.

It's sick.

When I say you live in a shithole country, I’m mainly referring to your state of mind. Your bad media diet has left you very unhealthy as evidenced by you posting that here now.

There are no white people, bambu. It’s a false category.
When selling off assets like homes, not excluding Black, Mexican, Honduran, or Chinese buyers would be good. It really comes down to respect and empathy. Try imagining yourself on the receiving end of the situations being raised then figure out what would need to change to curb manifestations of prejudice and provide monitoring and accountability to encourage fair and reasonable behavior and disincentivize prejudice.

Full points for the spending plan. Your source of funds is rather dodgy.

Fortunately, team Biden has a plan for that.

How to get White people in America to not be prejudice against Black people?   is the question.
