Questions about her forthrightness were redoubled when Senate investigators found that, in the waning minutes of the Obama administration, Rice wrote a curious “memo to the file.” She sent an email to herself on the day of Donald Trump’s inauguration, and in it claimed that Obama had insisted that everything to do with Russia, whether law enforcement or counterintelligence, be done “by the book.”

All the VP candidates are flawed

Except maybe Bottoms.  But mayors don't play

Best for the job is Booker, after Obama.

Yes.  I hadn't heard of that occurring anywhere.
Is anywhere in America considering alternate day in-school/at home learning?

generally Japanese students attend class in person on alternating days, so that classrooms are only half full. Lunches are silent and socially distanced, and students undergo daily temperature checks.
Just about everywhere.

Any time the Senate investigators question a Democratic administration official's "forthrightness" I have to laugh. A more self-serving group of people has never held power in the United States. And RCP's leanings get more and more blatant by the day.

Kind of like yours.

White folks losing their minds...

More no-ideas.
Meanwhile, in the "greath south land" of kangaroos and emus (and half a million wild camels)... in the largest city the population has been "scared inside"...voluntary lockdown ...to hide from the big bad virus that is ruining lives at express pace...so my Sunday paper's headline says.

When did Germany change the colour of its flag ?

NY Bar Says Liquor License Suspended Over
“FUCK CUOMO" Menu

Fascism is not a popularity contest.
You have to be diligent and work hard to screw those who think that in America we have freedom of speech.

If you believe the bar owner, who has no cause to be honest.

Why, I dare say that had the same accusation been made about a "Fuck Trump" menu you would have applauded.

He attended a hearing with Gohmert.

He self-isolated and got himself tested.

Now he's positive.

And he says to his GOP colleagues, Wear a mask!

James Murdoch,  the liberal member of the clan,  steps down....

Quote
The elder Murdoch, Rupert, had set his sons against one another in a pitched battle over his succession — the inspiration for the cult hit HBO series, Succession. Lachlan, the older son, is a bit warmer, a bit less cerebral, and, like Rupert a lot more conservative than James. He prevailed. James left Fox Corp. after most of the family's entertainment holdings were sold to the Walt Disney Co.

James holds more liberal views on politics and climate change than either his father or his elder brother, Lachlan, who leads the company. James and his wife Kathryn have given generously to Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden and other Democrats. They have also contributed significant sums to environmental initiatives.

For years, James Murdoch has chafed at the more conservative views that find a home in the Journal's opinion pages, the Post and on the shows and news coverage offered by Fox News, also controlled by the Murdochs.

More recently, leading Fox personalities and the Journal editorial pages have been accused of harboring racist rhetoric during widespread public debate over racial justice. They have also been accused of discrediting credible scientific research and public health officials during a public health emergencies. Some of that criticism has emanated from the Journal's own newsroom....

James Murdoch was not asked to leave the Murdoch Board. He resigned.

Duh. That's what the article says, Ward, including in its URL.
