Sorry - better luck next time.

The report released Friday details conversations between State Department officials on the revocation of the award after the Secretary's Office of Global Women's Issues "discovered dozens of Twitter and Facebook posts by Ms. Aro that it considered controversial, some of which were critical of the current President." According to the exchanges documented in the report, certain officials feared that the posts could cause an embarrassment to the department. US Ambassador to Finland Robert Pence "stated that, although he appreciated Ms. Aro's work, the risk of embarrassment to the First Lady and the Department was too great to have her appear on stage at the awards ceremony

And you, of course, see no problem with that.

Or as Ward would say, had it happened to a GOP supporter, "Censorship!"

A judge wants more answers from the DoJ about their decision-making.

It's a great 10 second ad.

"I'm Joe Biden and I approve this message."

Me, too, Joe.

Republicans can’t do hard things and they won’t even try. They tend to fuckup the easy and manageable tasks as well.

That’s why so many are getting voted out this year.

Kiid, we continue to appreciate your firm commitment to cast your vote for the Biden-Harris ticket.

The only basis for "too tired/lacks energy" is your wholesale, unquestioning swallowing of the chewed up worms momma bird Trump regurgitates down your throat.

Really? You do not think restricting people to the black market would not prevent a lot of people from buying guns?

We in this forum need to abide by the wisdom of this court.

Would be better if Tucker's viewers were also made aware of this.

A majority of Americans oppose efforts by President Trump and the Republican-led Senate to fill a Supreme Court vacancy before the presidential election, with most supporters of Democratic candidate Joe Biden saying the issue has raised the stakes of the election, according to a Washington Post-ABC News poll.

The Post-ABC poll, conducted Monday to Thursday, finds 38 percent of Americans say the replacement for Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who died last week, should be nominated by Trump and confirmed by the current Senate, while 57 percent say it should be left to the winner of the presidential election and a Senate vote next year.

Almost a twenty point margin there.   Some Americans apparently retain some sense of fair play.

Easy, it is.

Fast it is not.

Pass the laws, now. It has an immediate and major impact, as has been seen in the past and elsewhere, then a slower, longer, deeper impact over time.

Fortunately, it appears that, in order to be consistent, honorable and intellectually honest Trump's leading candidate will decline the nomination.

"Oh, no. That was different," I can hear her say.

I would love it if she did and it might serve as a spur to the others to do the same.

This is me not holding my breath.
