Well, there are different kinds of tests. So that might explain the situation.

One thing that I haven't heard anyone consider. Was Trump purposefully given the virus by a spy or agent for a foreign government at one of his fundraisers/events/rallies, etc?

They've been sloppy and projecting indifference towards practicing the safety protocols in that White House and on the campaign trail. How hard would it be to get someone who is infected to attempt to transfer the virus to him or to the people with whom he works closely each day?

Another thing to consider. Given the casual relationship this White House has had with the truth regarding every issue that it has faced, why should we believe what is coming out of the WH on Trump's condition? How do you know that the information you will be getting from them is based on facts vs alternative facts?

That credibility gap, which they themselves have sown, now puts the nation at risk. They haven't leveled with their own party, their own Senators, their own Congressional members. Why would you think they will be leveling with any of us?

There are real implications of national security to be considered at this time, and it is a tremendous hurdle for those who have taken their jobs seriously to make judgements that are in the nation's best interest, when what is coming from the WH is either wholly untrustworthy or at least possibly factually compromised.
