Will the Supreme Court grant trump work release to attend the republican national convention?

A study of remdesivir has mildly good results that the company is hyping like mad (while smacking down the results of a China study that said it was useless) and easily enough got Trump to join the hype parade.

Note: the study hasn't been formally released, hasn't been peer reviewed, was halted early, and the initial goals of reduced mortality and getting patients off ventilators were changed to shortening the length of recovery.  Note: I don't trust Gilead, as they are desperate to get a return on their investment on this originally anti-Ebola drug....

"Is there no balm in Gilead?"

It may help shorten hospital stays,  but yeah it's still early days with most pharma studies.   Distrust of big pharma should be any person's default setting.

Amidst the rising body count, the trump tantrum rolls on.

Really to the point where I want to stop watching The Trump Show,  and just not hear one more thing about him.   It's a malevolent robot that keeps doing the same thing over and over,  and the vileness is matched by the tedium.   How many stories about POTUS have you read where you pretty much know what it's going to say?   Bad poll numbers,  Trump heaps blame on someone for that,  angry unhinged tweets,  yata yata....

I will admit some of the stuff is junk, much is self promotion - but not watching dis avails you of excellent information - and also stories of heroism (see yesterday's small business presser with Ivanka and a small business owner who employs the developmentally disabled).  Bits of the sessions are surely valuable.  But your time is as well.

Hearing MLB may start up late June.  Nice.

Talk this afternoon about China and India having both a jump on us in creation of a vaccine and on having the natural resources within their nations - putting the US behind the 8 ball a bit

Specifically - if China does succeed, will they even be willing to share?

Well.
Isn’t that special.
Obama was chauffeured to his golf course over the weekend while Michelle via a PSA was telling the rest of us to stay at  home.
LOL.

I was just reading that. He threatened to sue because he doesn't like his ratings!

I am sure that will win him the undying commitment and effort of Brad Parscale!

(a) I am pretty sure Germany is not far behind China, if at all.

(b) Yes, China will share (sell), because they want the money flowing again.

Got a link to those links, Ward?

And if only you were as upset about Pence's going maskless or Trump's far more numerous golf trips during this crisis.
