Clearly Thibs found him lacking in some significant manner.

Defense, most likely.

Liked him.

Wish the kid well with fellow former Knicks, Porzingis and Kornet

Rumblings that Mitch will miss extensive time to start the season.

Rumblings?  From the ClickBaitSphere?

Sounds more like proactive caution.

Chill.

Did you like the Morris signing?

Gives us a platoon of 6"8"/6'9" dudes at  the 4-5.spot

Randle
Achuwa
Bates--Diop
Morris
Dadiet
[Toppin]

Ideal?

Hardly.

But it ain't all on Robinson and Sims.

Thibs took us to the 2nd spot in the East playing small ball, albeit with Hartenstein as a key piece, but even he was hurting and unavailable at times.

Could this be Randle's Draymond Green season?

Be of good cheer. We have a competitive team.

I have OKC for the chip this year.

Many people do out west.

However in the past two years, Dallas added

Kyrie Irving
Derek Lively
Daniel Gafford
PJ Washington
Klay Thompson
Quentin Grimes

Not too shabby.

Morris

Hokpurti available as a two-way while Mitchell is on IR.

You forgot Naji Marshal.

It would be nice if Kidd found a nice role for Grimes. The decline of Klay might open that door.

At this point, he's going to get a long look.

Knicks guaranteed Sims money for 2024-25.

Can he make the next step in his fourth year like fellow draft class homie Deuce did in his third?

Stay tuned

The good news is we do not need great center play most nights if the other four guys are playing well.

Sims may get the reps to show out.

I think Precious is going to have first crack at the firehouse with Sims as backup and KBD and Dadiet fighting for minutes behind Randle if we do not keep Morris. I do not want Randle fighting centers overmuch at least till we all feel better about his shoulder.

Precious Sims Robinson
Randle KBD Morris
OG Hart Dadiet
Bridges DiVincenzo McBride
Brunson Payne Kolek

I think we can ride that through the moratorium on trading free agents.
