(3) may enact regulations to further the health or safety of a woman seeking to terminate a pregnancy.

(b) Clarification. For purposes of this Act, unnecessary health regulations that have the purpose or effect of presenting a substantial obstacle to a woman seeking to terminate a pregnancy impose an undue burden.

(c) Rule Of Construction. Nothing in this Act shall be construed to have any effect on laws regarding conscience protection.

Anaheim is a rich city, and we have Disney, we can make stuff happen here.

We can have a movie studio, and a Barnes and Noble Bookstore, and a new Opera House, and Vans started here so this would be  a great place for a Vans skateboard park and a Vans shoe superstore, etc, etc, etc. And we can have a theatre like the Pantages in Hollywood.

Anaheim is rich, and we can create great opportunities for the youth. We can make stuff happen here. I am optimistic about what can happen here in Anaheim.

And we have a great film school, which I still need to go check out, maybe I will go there on Monday and have lunch, and check out the bulletin board and the book store, etc.

I talked with my neighbors and they said that they want entertainment industry jobs here. We can make it happen.

People do not need to live like poor gangsters, this is a rich city. We need to bridge the gap between Disney and the wealth and our poor community. We need to give our people hope and dreams and opportunities.

Gangs and prison and all of that is bullshit and they do not need to live that way here, this is a rich city.
