You cannot win hearts and minds internationally with just warfare.
And we cannot build a better USA with just cops and prisons. Just having cops and prisons is not going to make the USA a better place, instead we need teachers, and coaches, and mental health specialists, and the children need good parents.
You are not going to make the South Side of Chicago nicer by building more prisons and by sending in more cops. Instead, if you want to make Chicago better, build more schools, and hire more teachers, and add more sports with coaches, and build Wellness Centers, etc.
We must not tolerate having poor ghettos in the USA, it is pure neglect if we do not spend some money to improve our ghettos in the USA. We can spend money on early childhood education, and we can hire more teachers for the children, and new community colleges can be built, and other schools, and trade schools can be built, etc. And stars like Oprah can help to make Chicago nicer.
We need to spend time and money to improve our bad neighborhoods, and we also need to spend time and money to improve relations around the world and to make our world a better place.
And also, film and television can help, and music, and poetry, and books, and libraries, etc.
