Gasoline per gallon under Biden  $2.75
Trump $2.11

64 cents per gallon tax in the first month.

Stay tuned it will get worse.

Socialism at its finest.
Are companies allowed to raise their prices in response to market forces under a "SOCIALIST!!!!!" regime?   Hell, do market forces even matter in a "SOCIALIST!!!!!" regime? I don't know.  I'm not an Economics authority.  Red carries a lot of water for us here.  Nobody ever thanks him.
okay. Change it to fascism, everybody in here understands that word  it seems.

But even better call it Obamism, with some Harrism on the side.
Even better!!!

"If you won't do what we want, then you are refusing to work with us!" cry the GOP congressfolks.

But none of their suggestions are different than they were before the November election. Where is the GOP's compromise?

$1.3 billion?

I suspect that Mike Lindell is going to become a lot poorer in the foreseeable future.

Baseless.

But they will get some cash and call it a win.

Red- Why don't you call it what it is?

it's just capitalism.

The market reacted in a predictable manner to increased demand and the inability of the market to meet demand, so prices rose.

Red seems to ignore the bigger issue is fucking Texas and the cost of moral hazard the rest of us are exposed to by Texas's inability to regulate itself.

btw, the cost of a plumber is probably going to rise in Texas too,

fucking socialist Biden!

Yippee ki yay

A fateful series of decisions were made in the late-’90s, when the now-defunct, scandal-plagued energy company Enron led a successful push to radically deregulate Texas’s electricity sector. As a result, decisions about the generation and distribution of power were stripped from regulators and, in effect, handed over to private energy companies. Unsurprisingly, these companies prioritized short-term profit over costly investments to maintain the grid and build in redundancies for extreme weather.

Today, Texans are at the mercy of regulation-allergic politicians who failed to require that energy companies plan for shocks or weatherize their infrastructure (renewables and fossil fuel alike). In a recent appearance on NBC’s “Today” show, Austin’s mayor, Steve Adler, summed it up: “We have a deregulated power system in the state and it does not work, because it does not build in the incentives in order to protect people.”

Is she qualified for SCOTUS?

Perhaps it is too soon to say for most of us, however, some are ready to say that she is:

https://news.yahoo.com/democrats-start-lobbying-first-black-171216926.html

More qualified than justices Beer, Barbie, or Pubic Coke. She’s more qualified than those three at the very least. Alito, Gorsich, and Roberts are psycho extremists, but as such are squarely within the American judicial tradition. The first three are in addition to being terrible human beings like demonstrating that they aren’t very bright or read up on the law.

Brilliant analysis. Perhaps you could explain how you made your assessment, other than through a blatantly partisan lens.

Judge Harlin Hale of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas is now weighing motions filed by James' office and others to dismiss the NRA's bankruptcy case claim. Legal experts interviewed by ABC News posit that the chances of a dismissal are strong, particularly given the NRA's insistence that the organization remains financially viable -- a position that undermines the traditional purpose of a Chapter 11 claim.

Adam Levitin, a bankruptcy professor at the Georgetown University Law Center, said the NRA's plan to seek bankruptcy protection amounts to little more than a "Hail Mary pass."

"If the alternative is that the New York attorney general shuts down the NRA, what do they have to lose with this strategy?" Levitin said. "They are out of ammo."

Does this mean Tom Brady gets to keep the money?

They have taken a temporary pause on breaking the windows in Congress and smearing their feces on the walls.

It won’t last, but for the GOP this felt like a huge and unwelcome step.

It’s nice of Red to try to share his monopoly on fascism. Unfortunately, the water on his side of the pool has turned bright blue. I don’t think anyone is getting in there with him.
