Just another step toward the next civil war.

No way to defend it.

The real crime is republican politics and big businesses are waking up to that fact and realizing that their consumer base both knows and cares.

How many arrests tonight?  Do I hear 80?

CNN sadly misrepresents - as they tell the tale of projectiles being thrown and looting occurring only AFTER cops start acting each night (read:  movig crowd back and using teargas and pepper)

https://www.cnn.com/2021/04/14/politics/covid-19-vaccine-biden-trump/index.html

40% of Republicans say they plan on never taking the vaccine.

20% of Independents.

5% of Democrats.

My only hope in those numbers is how much the polling has missed with the GOP, but even that is not much of a hope. Even if it missed as much as the worst of the races showed us, we're still looking at 30+% refusing, and possibly close to 50%!

Trump's surreptitious vaccination in January, his never-ending bashing of Fauci after leaving the presidency, and the failures of GOP leadership and Fox news underlie these numbers.

https://www.cnn.com/2021/04/14/weather/climate-change-india-monsoon-agriculture-heavy-rain/index.html

This article is discussing this paper:
https://esd.copernicus.org/articles/12/367/2021/esd-12-367-2021.pdf

More rain and more variability in India's monsoons coming faster than expected and with likely negative implications for their agriculture.

Robust increase of Indian monsoon rainfall and its
variability under future warming in CMIP6 models

Quote
Global warming is increasing the variability of India's monsoon rains faster than previously projected, according to a recent study from the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK).

For every degree Celsius of global warming, monsoon rainfalls will likely increase by 5%, according to one of the key points of the analysis.

While more rain might seem like a good thing, too much (or too little) can harm crops. India depends on this seasonal rainfall to help sustain the crops necessary to feed the second-most populated country in the world. However, the authors suggest climate change will negatively effect their agriculture if left unabated.

How important is the climate change threat?

JP Morgan is putting $2.5 trillion into it.
