On Friday, Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison announced that his office would be taking the case.

Some of the others are academic fields that have been around for centuries, and offer the chance to teach and do research.   Vineyard mgmt is part of agribusiness, and offers well-paying jobs.   The newer fields on the list have seen growth in demand for trained specialists,  which is why universities responded with courses.

There have been people shooting the windows of people's cars with BB guns on the freeways here, and it has to end.

I had a neighbor kid who did that, he went out on his balcony with a BB gun and he started shooting the windows out of people's cars in the parking lot. I went out on my balcony and I made him stop. I told the manager, the teen's mom bought everyone new windows, and the manager evicted them, and the police were never called.

The kid was in a gang, and the walls of the apartment were all spray painted with graffiti, the gang might have been the ones who paid for the windows, the gangs have money. There are businesses owned by the gangs, etc, and people are trying to get the gangs into honest business instead of crime. ( Danny Trejo is a great example, he is a rich businessman and actor now, he is clean and is living a good life. )

I have had some crazy neighbors here over the years. I have been here for 16 years now.

Now this place is more fashionable, and we have new owners, they raised the rent, and remodeled, etc. So now we have gentrification happening. This is an industrial neighborhood, and we can have filmmaking and movie equipment rentals, etc. This complex could be an Entertainment Industry complex with people making movies, and music videos, and television shows, and television commercials, etc.

This complex can be like the movies of old Hollywood with the beautiful young actresses laying by the pool, etc. And we can have parties with live music and free food like an Annette Funicello movie.

Gentrification can be a good thing if it improves the class of the neighborhood, raises standards, and if it lowers crime, and if it brings the hot women to the neighborhood, etc.
