No respect for the law. It's a settled case. That you didn't like the outcome is just too damn bad.

Under the law, he's free.

"Tragic? Perhaps. But unnecessary because HE made the wrong choices."

This is one of those examples in which you demonstrate that you believe public execution for minor crimes is acceptable.

Unnecessary because they both made wrong choices[/i]

Tragic because it cost one his life and will cost the other mentally/emotionally for the rest of her life, even if it does not cost her her job or more, which it well might.

His mistake did not have to cost anybody a life or livelihood.

Hers did.

If dumbfuck showed up in court, he'd be alive. Maybe behind bars, but alive.

His fuck-up led to the accidental shooting.

HER fuck-up caused his death.

His fuck-up was not an excuse for her killing him.

Did he earn prison time? Sure. Death? Not even slightly.

Um...his fuck-up put him in the position for the accidental shooting to occur. No one here is arguing he deserved to die, just that his own actions created the circumstance.

That's pretty much indisputable.

You want to argue his death is great loss to society?  Go right ahead. I'd like to hear why.

His actions created a circumstance.

Her actions caused his death.

HER failure. Why is that so hard for you to simply agree with?

His death is a tragedy. Is his loss, in and of itself, a great loss to society? We'll never know, will we?

Despite your assumption that you possess god-like powers, we have no idea what would have been different had he lived, for good or ill. People with worse histories have contributed positively, people with better histories of done damage.

He should not have been killed. He did not deserve to die for that crime.

You keep arguing that he did not deserve to die for a crime, but no one here has said he did deserve to die for that crime.

He is dead because he fucked up.

It'd be the same if he ran a stop sign and a truck came through the intersection and killed him. Here's something that even Larry knows. This thing about fucking with cops. You don't know anything about them. You don't know their training, their skill set, their experiences, what's going on with them that day, you don't know shit about them. But what you do know is that they have guns. And so, fucking around  with them puts you at risk to get seriously injured or killed. He fucked around, and then compounded fucking around by leaping back into the car and trying to drive away. This got him killed, in an accidental shooting, as the video showed.

And I know you like video as evidence.

So, we have a dead skel.

Oh, fucking well.

Equal Justice Under Law?

Information about the 2016 warrant comes after Colorado Newsline reported last week that Boebert failed to appear for two separate hearings following her 2015 disorderly-conduct arrest at the Country Jam music festival near Grand Junction. A document search shows that the Mesa County court issued a warrant for her arrest in this case as well after she didn

No.

You can repeat that claim until your pixels run down your nose, Ham, but he is dead because SHE fucked up.

If she did not fuck up, he would be alive, despite his fuck up.

It's on her. Not him.

Deal.
