The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services, a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office.
"Good Behavior" is not defined, but we can have Congress define it. And it would seem that perjury would be not considered "good behavior". This would jeopardize a few of those justices' tenure on the Court. Then there is the matter of Justice Thomas and his potential perjury, as well as his connection to Ginny Thomas and the nature of her influence on his decisions, and the fact that he could be investigated for this and impeached.
So, the Constitution has laid out exactly how to restore America to its former glory, and arrest these radical extremists and end their mission to destroy the country.
